The Owner, GEORGE of Mini Boss Mobile Mechanics, came out "himself" to service my vehicle in Kennesaw.  It was the greatest experience, because GEORGE is great.  He was efficient, professional, VERY knowledgeable, experienced and so very helpful In diagnosing my vehicle's problem quickly and accurately at a fair price. I called several mechanics and most of them didn't even pick up the phone or scheduled me 3 days out when I needed my car battery replaced the same day so I can get to work. I needed a reliable and honest mechanic to do an alternator replacement for my Son. We called another Mobile Mechanic in the area who did not pick up the phone and did not call back. Called George at Mini Boss and he picked up right away said that he was booked but would try to fit us in before the end of the day. His communication was excellent and he did exactly what he said he would do and in a shorter time frame than I thought possible. Absolute excellent experience and he even took photos of his work. Could not be more satisfied!

Watching him work was pure magic—knowledgeable, efficient, and equipped with all the latest tech. He can handle any modern issue and knows how to fix cars of any year (though he focuses on post-2000 models). Gerardo diagnosed issues with two different cars in under five minutes and fixed both within an hour—truly impressive! If you need a mechanic, give him a call. And be nice—he’s the real deal!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A 0 OUT OF 10 I WOULD! I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I CALLED AND EXPLAINED TO THE DISPATCHER EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. INSTEAD OF THEM BEING HONEST AND SAYING WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK ON MERCEDES. SHE SENT A MECHANIC OUT WHO DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. UPON ARRIVAL THEY DIDN'T LET ME KNOW THEY WERE THERE! I HAPPENDED TO GO OUTSIDE, AND THEY WERE ALREADY IN MY CAR. SECOND ISSUE WAS THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE A DIAGNOSTIC.  I ALREADY KNEW EXACTLY WHERE MY CAR WAS LEAKING FROM AND JUST NEEDED THEM TO FIX IT. THEY GAVE US THE RUN AROUND. THEY CALLED SEVERAL MECHANICS VIA PHONE ASKING THEIR OPINIONS ON WHAT WAS WRONG.  THEY TOLD ME IT NEEDED TO GO TO A SHOP BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO USE A CRANE TO LIFT THE ENGINE OUT TO FIX WHERE IT WAS LEAKING. THEY PROVIDED NO FURTHER INFORMATION THAT I ALREADY DIDN'T KNOW. FAST FORWARD TO DAYS LATER I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY CAR AT MY HOME WITH NO ISSUES!  RUN FROM THIS COMPANY COMPLETE RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE LADY TRIED TO COME AT ME SAYING I WAS UPSET AND DIDN'T WANT TO PAY BECAUSE I COULD NOT AFFORD. BUT THE MONEY WAS NEVER AN ISSU.  IT WAS SIMPLY NOT WANTING TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT JUST WASNT COMPLETE. 110 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN WHEN THE REPAIR INCLUDING PARTS WAS 200 DOLLARS! WHICH WE PAID WITHOUT ISSUE!

I’ve used this service twice; for my business vehicle and personal. Both times I received exceptional service and very reasonable prices. I had been back and forth with another mechanic with my business truck, spent about $1000 and no luck. It was a one time diagnosis and same day service fix when I used this service. Just recently my battery went out in my personal vehicle which I’m positive Mercedes would’ve took forever to get me in and would’ve taxed me for it! Called this service and they had me up and going within a couple hours. Highly recommend.

Great service! Will definitely use them again if/when the need arises. They were able to come out the same day, came earlier than expected, got my van running again quickly for a very reasonable price! They were honest and upfront about all the fees.  Couldn't be happier.

My car wouldn’t start so I called at 9am and was able to get one of their techs Joseph to me at 12pm and Joseph finished the repair by 3pm. He was able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes as the starter. He told me the rate up front would be $475 plus the cost of the starter. Starter ended up being $220 but Joseph only ended up charging me $450 so in total I spent $670. Joseph was very courteous

SCAM. Gave him $400 in December for a transmission part he said he was going to install between the 3rd and the 8th of January. It’s now almost March and he has managed to dodge coming to fix it for 2 months (ghosting me for weeks at a time). He’s come up with every BS excuse in the book as to why he hasn’t come to fix it. Now he’s either blocked my number or turned his phone off for the last few days. Absolutes do NOT use this guy, even as a last resort. He will take your money and run.

Waste of $300 and my time. Went in at 6:30 pm and didn’t receive my car until 2:45 am. To make matters worse, my engine is jumping/stalling worse than it did before and new service lights I’ve never even seen are coming on whenever I hit a bump. This is almost hilarious and I’m disappointed in myself for trusting this shady service with one of  my most prized possessions. Red flags were everywhere, but it was a Saturday evening and reliable dealers were closed. This is NOT a real business. Please save your funds and go to a reliable dealership. I learned my lesson the hard way because I was in a bind while traveling. Never again!

Had a good experience. My battery had shutdown on me and was met with urgency and Logan was very knowledgeable and reasonable with his services. Work and parts came with warranty and my vehicle is running again with no worries of any issues. If anything happens in the future, I’m sure of who to call.

Great experience. I was stuck on the side of the road late at night. Called 10 mobile machines. Called Logan and he got me up and running. Not to mention I have a diesel truck. He came and changed my high pressure lift pump in no time. He even replaced my filters and now I’m running like new. Great experience wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Logan. He knows his stuff.
