I had a great experience with Kelby! He arrived ready to get to work. Kelby quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He had all the tools and parts ready and the job was done right the FIRST time. Super convenient and way less stressful than going to a shop. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future car issues. It’s a release that I’ve found an amazing mechanic and I’m going to stick beside him 😁👏🏾

I was referred to Kelby Mobile Serving by a friend. After I reached out it seemed like 10 seconds before he responded and set up a date and time. Any communication  after that was always a quick response.  He was very thorough in process and the convenience of him coming to you is worth his service. I am extremely busy and hate having to take time off to deal with car maintenance.  He came to my work and by the time he finished (1 hour) I had like 4 people ask for his number.  You can’t beat his prices and knowledge about cars.  I will absolutely be using in the future.

Kelby did an awesome job with fixing my overheating issue that was happening with my 2012 Dodge Charger. He was very proficient and thorough with his work. He did not mind if I watched him work on my car and even taught me throughout the process of him fixing it. Kelby price was very reasonable and honestly better than what service shops offered. He is mobile and overall this was an awesome experience. I will definitely use him again if I have any additional car problems. If you on the fence about trying him out, I say go ahead and let him fix your car because you won't be let down and the process is much smoother because he is mobile.

I had an amazing experience with Kelby. My car’s check engine light was on; he promptly replaced the O2 sensor to address the light. While he was doing the job, he explained the issue in a way I could actually understand (I’m not car-savvy). I really appreciate Kelby's skills, knowledge, and professionalism. Kelby is incredibly knowledgeable about car repairs and one of the most honest people I've ever met. When I asked him to check on my European car, he immediately knew what to do. He works quickly, and he never tries to upsell unnecessary services. Because of his excellent service, I asked him to come back for a full brake job on the same car, as he quoted me under $400 for the work—while other shops were asking for over $800+. Kelby is truly honest and upfront with his pricing, and I highly recommend his services for anybody who is looking for a local trustworthy mechanic. I rarely write reviews but the reviews on Omar exactly what led me to him! My Jeep stalled and wouldn’t start, jump or anything after a very late night out. Being it was Sunday all shops were closed until Monday and I couldn’t stand to go the day without transportation. I randomly googled mobile mechanics and came across Omar and reached out. Overall he arrived 2 hours sooner than the initial time stated, to echo a previous review Omar can be very direct and reserved initially but he’s truly focused on the issue and getting a resolve (do not take offense). Once wrapped he’s very warm and personable. He replaced my starter in about an hour and told me another issue I’d likely face in the future. His service is top tier and I will be recommending him to my entire family and network group! As long as he’s providing service, I will be a client of his!

Omar was fantastic!  I had driven from Minneapolis to Atlanta to visit family.  When we got to town the engine was misfiring.  He was able to confirm that it was a bad spark plug, and replace them on the spot.  He walked me through what he was doing and was able to talk me through the system and show me what he was looking at to confirm it was fixed.  It gave me great piece of mind to get home safely.  He offers great service and fair pricing.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A 0 OUT OF 10 I WOULD! I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I CALLED AND EXPLAINED TO THE DISPATCHER EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. INSTEAD OF THEM BEING HONEST AND SAYING WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK ON MERCEDES. SHE SENT A MECHANIC OUT WHO DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. UPON ARRIVAL THEY DIDN'T LET ME KNOW THEY WERE THERE! I HAPPENDED TO GO OUTSIDE, AND THEY WERE ALREADY IN MY CAR. SECOND ISSUE WAS THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE A DIAGNOSTIC.  I ALREADY KNEW EXACTLY WHERE MY CAR WAS LEAKING FROM AND JUST NEEDED THEM TO FIX IT. THEY GAVE US THE RUN AROUND. THEY CALLED SEVERAL MECHANICS VIA PHONE ASKING THEIR OPINIONS ON WHAT WAS WRONG.  THEY TOLD ME IT NEEDED TO GO TO A SHOP BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO USE A CRANE TO LIFT THE ENGINE OUT TO FIX WHERE IT WAS LEAKING. THEY PROVIDED NO FURTHER INFORMATION THAT I ALREADY DIDN'T KNOW. FAST FORWARD TO DAYS LATER I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY CAR AT MY HOME WITH NO ISSUES!  RUN FROM THIS COMPANY COMPLETE RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE LADY TRIED TO COME AT ME SAYING I WAS UPSET AND DIDN'T WANT TO PAY BECAUSE I COULD NOT AFFORD. BUT THE MONEY WAS NEVER AN ISSU.  IT WAS SIMPLY NOT WANTING TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT JUST WASNT COMPLETE. 110 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN WHEN THE REPAIR INCLUDING PARTS WAS 200 DOLLARS! WHICH WE PAID WITHOUT ISSUE!

I’ve used this service twice; for my business vehicle and personal. Both times I received exceptional service and very reasonable prices. I had been back and forth with another mechanic with my business truck, spent about $1000 and no luck. It was a one time diagnosis and same day service fix when I used this service. Just recently my battery went out in my personal vehicle which I’m positive Mercedes would’ve took forever to get me in and would’ve taxed me for it! Called this service and they had me up and going within a couple hours. Highly recommend.

Great service! Will definitely use them again if/when the need arises. They were able to come out the same day, came earlier than expected, got my van running again quickly for a very reasonable price! They were honest and upfront about all the fees.  Couldn't be happier.

My car wouldn’t start so I called at 9am and was able to get one of their techs Joseph to me at 12pm and Joseph finished the repair by 3pm. He was able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes as the starter. He told me the rate up front would be $475 plus the cost of the starter. Starter ended up being $220 but Joseph only ended up charging me $450 so in total I spent $670. Joseph was very courteous

SCAM. Gave him $400 in December for a transmission part he said he was going to install between the 3rd and the 8th of January. It’s now almost March and he has managed to dodge coming to fix it for 2 months (ghosting me for weeks at a time). He’s come up with every BS excuse in the book as to why he hasn’t come to fix it. Now he’s either blocked my number or turned his phone off for the last few days. Absolutes do NOT use this guy, even as a last resort. He will take your money and run.

Waste of $300 and my time. Went in at 6:30 pm and didn’t receive my car until 2:45 am. To make matters worse, my engine is jumping/stalling worse than it did before and new service lights I’ve never even seen are coming on whenever I hit a bump. This is almost hilarious and I’m disappointed in myself for trusting this shady service with one of  my most prized possessions. Red flags were everywhere, but it was a Saturday evening and reliable dealers were closed. This is NOT a real business. Please save your funds and go to a reliable dealership. I learned my lesson the hard way because I was in a bind while traveling. Never again!

Had a good experience. My battery had shutdown on me and was met with urgency and Logan was very knowledgeable and reasonable with his services. Work and parts came with warranty and my vehicle is running again with no worries of any issues. If anything happens in the future, I’m sure of who to call.

Great experience. I was stuck on the side of the road late at night. Called 10 mobile machines. Called Logan and he got me up and running. Not to mention I have a diesel truck. He came and changed my high pressure lift pump in no time. He even replaced my filters and now I’m running like new. Great experience wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Logan. He knows his stuff.
