Omar is absolutely amazing!! He kept me updated on everything going on with my vehicle, when purchasing the parts he provided receipts and what impressed me most was when there was an extra part I didn’t need he let me know and returned it to save me money. He is very professional and his prices are reasonable. I can sincerely say that if ever I need any work done on my car or my family’s cars he will be the only one I call.

I am very very pleased with the work the young man from Elite Mobile Mechanics did on my car this morning. It purred like a cat afterwards but not before him having to dig out old stuck spark plugs in their sockets and replacing them with new ones and wires. He did an excellent job and was so quick and you could just tell that he knew cars well and had a lot of experience in repairing cars. He also had excellent and fair pricing. Omar came when he said he would. The price was the price! He clearly knows his business. We had him change out a fuel pump that was in the gas tank. No mess and he made it look like it was nothing to it. If you are in need of a mobile mechanic, look no further!!

My experience with Marc was incredible. I was looking to purchase a used car in the area and since I’m not from the area he saved me the trip from having to go up myself. He met with the seller who ended up being two hours late but Marc waited for him to arrive. He performed multiple tests on the car and sent me additional photos. Thankfully, because of Marc I dodged a bullet and Marc was able to tell me the extensive list of exactly what was wrong with the car. I ended up finding another car the next day and he offered advice in my buying decision. If you are looking for someone with expertise and professionalism in the car industry Marc is your guy.

Marc definitely was a savor for me. My alternator went out and I was stuck. I called every mobile mechanic on Google, seem like and nothing. I’m not from here so understand the frustration not knowing what I was gonna do. Then I came across Marc information and he came to me immediately. Jalonnie is the best.  I've had a great experience using his service. He is very professional, communicates effectively from beginning to end, and is knowledgeable. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, went to get the parts and then he repaired my car in less than two hours! He is without a doubt my go-to person for any of my car repair needs in the future.

I needed a catalytic converter replaced on my Nissan Murano and a friend recommended him. He showed up on time and was very professional. He completed the work quickly and charged a reasonable price. I have been driving the car for a week now with no issues. Highly recommend and will use him again.

I needed some assistance with rear rotors,pads and a caliper. He came out when he said he would and got right to replacing that stuff and did so surprisingly quick. Never having dealt with a mobile mechanic, I was very unsure of what to expect but he did the job and completed it in a decent amount of time.

Mr. Patel is wonderful!! We called and he came within 10 minutes! He is very quick and efficient and definitely knows what he is doing. He replaced my alternator very quickly and even diagnosed where oil was leaking into the alternator. Very fair pricing!! I would recommend him to anyone needing mobile service!

PLEASE READ: If you want to have a car that still operates after repair. Please do not go to this man. He claimed to not be able to see properly while working on my car, even though my garage had lights. Patal caused thousands of dollars in damages to my vehicle. When I reached out to speak with him, he was extremely rude, constantly talking over me and lacked the capability to own up to the damages. After going back and forth with him multiple times.. he finally stated that he couldn’t see properly and was just doing his best with my “complex” car. I was in a bind and seen all of this man’s great reviews. And now I’m 100% sure that most of these reviews are falsified which is so obvious in the way that he responds to authentic and honest reviews regarding his services. DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING. HE IS NOT A REPUTABLE MECHANIC AND THROWS TEMPER TANTRUMS WHEN YOU TRY TO FIND A RESOLUTION. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

OMG this man diagnose my starter being bad in less than 5 mins. Before calling him, I took my car to another location and they said my flywheel was bad after waiting 2 hours. You could tell they was all about the money. Patel got me back on the road in less than 2 hours. He’s amazing and knows his stuff. Thanks for coming out yesterday!!

I'm new to Charlotte and needed an alternator replacement. I took a chance because I wasn't familiar with anyone in the area. I called him and he came to my home within 30 mins. He was very reasonable and got the job done in no time. I highly recommend.  Update: I reached out to him regarding a new issue I was having. On the day he was supposed to fix the issue when the time came he never showed up. He reached out and stated he had a family emergency and could assist the next day. When the next day came still no communication and didn't show up. Thankfully I was able to find another mobile mechanic.

This boy doesn’t have any mechanic skills. He can change a battery easy, but can’t do manual work like a real mechanic. Not only did he show up with loud music playing at 10 in the morning, he lied and said he was going to come back and do some work that needed to be done and never showed after multiple attempts to contact him. I would rather go to a real shop than to have the convenience of this mechanic.

Needed a Starter installed. It was raining, but he came as quick as he could. Every move he made was like muscle memory. Instinctive. Like he's been doing it for 10,000 years. Long story short. This man arrived in a cape and saved my day.  Until...  The car stopped working later that day. Called him, told me he'd help me. Hours go by, no show. Called him, told me he'd definitely help me by the end of the day. Still no show. Next day, no answer. Was hoping he'd be a man of his word and fix a problem he didn't fix the first time. But I waited all day and am still without a car.

My family and I  were on our way to Florida when our car broke down at 2am. We were hopeless.  We couldn't afford a tow truck. He came out to us quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly as soon as the parts shop opened. He did phenomenal work and is very professional.  Also is very fair priced for how convenient he is. We recommend him to everyone! He saved our trip! We're on the road again! Thank you so much!!!!

He asked me to zelle money before finishing job. I did - my mistake. He never showed up to finish the job and stopped responding to texts and calls. This is a scam and should be reported. I noticed a review suggesting the same thing but I still went ahead.
