Geoff has saved me twice now with my RV camper van. Please don’t use a dealership for an older car. Just bring it to Geoff. When I was there he had an off road rock crawler bronco he was replacing an engine in and a newer Porsche he was working on. I would trust him with fixing any vehicle I owned. I have a Dodge Ram Van 3500 with an Xplorer RV package built into it. He has fixed it perfectly twice now. One engine mount and an exhaust manifold and once for a weird distributor cap and wire issue I was having. Highly recommend.

Geoff has the best customer service! I work in customer service and I appreciate everything Geoff did for me. I had a serious issue and needed it fixed asap, he got me in the same day. I dropped my Tahoe off and was supposed to be done the same day but due to some issues on the parts side, we had to wait till the next day. Geoff made sure everything was running smooth for me and did a great job! He was spot on with communicating with me in a timely matter and I will definitely be coming back to Geoff again. Thank you.

I was an out of state buyer and was seeking a mobile mechanic to do a pre-inspection of the vehicle I was interested in, and Geoff really came through. He was punctual and got to the dealership on time. He was very thorough in his diagnostic along with going through my personal checklist of items. Furthermore, he sent me a thorough summary and videos of what he found on the vehicle. He pointed out a rough idling issue on the vehicle which I wouldn't have caught just blindly purchasing. This made me reconsider my decision on buying the vehicle. Overall his service is fantastic he is responsive and seems to really care for his customers and delivering quality service.

Top notch! Omar was wonderful to work with. Changed out an alternator & had me up & running smooth in no time. He even took my 1 mth old battery that the alternator ruined,  back to the parts store & swapped it out!! Highly, highly recommend 👌

Omar is absolutely amazing!! He kept me updated on everything going on with my vehicle, when purchasing the parts he provided receipts and what impressed me most was when there was an extra part I didn’t need he let me know and returned it to save me money. He is very professional and his prices are reasonable. I can sincerely say that if ever I need any work done on my car or my family’s cars he will be the only one I call.

I am very very pleased with the work the young man from Elite Mobile Mechanics did on my car this morning. It purred like a cat afterwards but not before him having to dig out old stuck spark plugs in their sockets and replacing them with new ones and wires. He did an excellent job and was so quick and you could just tell that he knew cars well and had a lot of experience in repairing cars. He also had excellent and fair pricing. Omar came when he said he would. The price was the price! He clearly knows his business. We had him change out a fuel pump that was in the gas tank. No mess and he made it look like it was nothing to it. If you are in need of a mobile mechanic, look no further!!

I'm new to Charlotte and needed an alternator replacement. I took a chance because I wasn't familiar with anyone in the area. I called him and he came to my home within 30 mins. He was very reasonable and got the job done in no time. I highly recommend.  Update: I reached out to him regarding a new issue I was having. On the day he was supposed to fix the issue when the time came he never showed up. He reached out and stated he had a family emergency and could assist the next day. When the next day came still no communication and didn't show up. Thankfully I was able to find another mobile mechanic.

This boy doesn’t have any mechanic skills. He can change a battery easy, but can’t do manual work like a real mechanic. Not only did he show up with loud music playing at 10 in the morning, he lied and said he was going to come back and do some work that needed to be done and never showed after multiple attempts to contact him. I would rather go to a real shop than to have the convenience of this mechanic.

Needed a Starter installed. It was raining, but he came as quick as he could. Every move he made was like muscle memory. Instinctive. Like he's been doing it for 10,000 years. Long story short. This man arrived in a cape and saved my day.  Until...  The car stopped working later that day. Called him, told me he'd help me. Hours go by, no show. Called him, told me he'd definitely help me by the end of the day. Still no show. Next day, no answer. Was hoping he'd be a man of his word and fix a problem he didn't fix the first time. But I waited all day and am still without a car.

My family and I  were on our way to Florida when our car broke down at 2am. We were hopeless.  We couldn't afford a tow truck. He came out to us quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly as soon as the parts shop opened. He did phenomenal work and is very professional.  Also is very fair priced for how convenient he is. We recommend him to everyone! He saved our trip! We're on the road again! Thank you so much!!!!

He asked me to zelle money before finishing job. I did - my mistake. He never showed up to finish the job and stopped responding to texts and calls. This is a scam and should be reported. I noticed a review suggesting the same thing but I still went ahead.

Ppl please do not use this company nor the mechanic named Rick/Ricco.  This guy does not know what he's doing. Pd 169.00 for nothing bc we told him what we thought was wrong which was a battery cable was loose.   He lift up a cable and the car came on so all he did was to tighten battery cable and car began to work.  However,  he had to return to my home 2 more times due to him being in a hurry and work was left undone.  The 3rf time he came to my house was because he left back seat seat belts underneath the car seat and we could not get to them.  It was raining that day and I always park car in my garage  so I  asked him to call my cell when he was done so I  could look over car and close my garage door.   Well wouldn't you know  I waited for 25 mins went down to garage to see how things were going and this fool has left my home with my car garage door open and didn't even call nor text me.  So I called to ask him why didn't he let me know he was leaving he responded I sent you a text which I  never received  totally  unprofessional.   The biggest thing is when I went to drive the car the next day the car wouldn't even start...smdh! The business owners act as if I  did something and refuses to acknowledge that this guy messed up my car which  I  am not surprised.   However,  I  recommend that you do not DO NOT use this company nor the mechanic that goes by Rick or Rico or you will be sorry that you  did.

150 just to run a diagnostic test,  no transmission work.  I rather not. Price pretty steep.
