Scott at Wayne's Auto is THE best! I brought my car next door to get a windshield replaced, however my car was also having issues for a few days- rattling noises, all the lights on dashboard on. Scott was able to squeeze me in to take a look at my car. He was able to fix the rattling sound and explained what the diagnostic for all the lights on the dash meant. I highly recommend coming to Wayne's for all your car repair needs!

I haven been bringing my cars to Wayne and Scott since high school. They are courteous, knowledgeable, fair, and always willing to help no matter how big or small the problem. They always find a way to fix it and at a reasonable price.

It is hard to find mechanics that are both skilled and trustworthy, but here, you will find both, and they are very friendly to boot. I rarely take the time to rate anything, but I signed up just so I could rate these guys. I have had consistently good experiences at Wayne's, and they just recently came through for me in a pretty tight spot. I would recommend them to anyone!

I've met very few as dedicated as this young man watched him take on a job that he may have been unfamiliar with an work his way thru it like he'd done a thousand times gaining my confidence. My opinion he's very capable.

Carvana gave me a real bad car. These guys fixed it for me and it rides like new. Carvana refused to replace the brakes when I got new rotors and these guys gave me a great deal. The tech is cool. They talk to me like I'm a human and not just a customer.  Thanks

DO NOT GO! First of all, they give you an appointment then say they can’t look at it till the next day. So I was stranded and had to spend money on a hotel. They then said my vehicle needed so much work and it would cost $40k. I’m sorry what. I was heartbroken. They even took my money for diagnostics even though I told them what was wrong. Well I drive my vehicle back to my hometown and my mechanic said they were liars. My vehicle is fixed and runs so amazing and only cost $2k. They just make money off people. They don’t care about you.

My vehicle had some major cosmetic damage (past owners,) and wear and tear. Trying to find a 2 dr V6 in todays market is almost impossible so I decided to give the Honda a face lift! Reached out to Cleveland Auto Body and their response time was quick and professional! Made an appointment for an estimate and at no time did I feel pressured or pushed into anything. The price was extremely reasonable for all the cosmetic work and complete exterior paint job so I pulled the trigger!  During the time they had my vehicle they were completely professional and kept me in the light on what was being done to the vehicle. The finished product came out better than I thought it could and now she’s ready for another 200k miles!  Highly recommend this company for all auto body repairs or customizations

Tim and his Puertorican worker are the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with they move very slowly. Your car will be in that shop for weeks. I had to go get mine please 🙏 take your car somewhere else trust me you will be disappointed

Had my bearings and rotor go bad while visiting my brother in Cleveland. It was Thursday afternoon and I had to be at work in New Mexico by Monday. Tim got my old rusty Tahoe done in less than 24 hours, took care of a couple, other minor things, and charged a fair price. Very happy with the service, thank you! Keith

They blew it!! They had the chance to earn me as a lifetime customer because I believed they did a great job on my repair in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, they can't get out of their own way. My heat worked when I brought the car to them, it no longer worked when I picked up my car. I'm quite certain it was something simple, but, when I alerted them of the problem, they immediately went to the blame game. They blamed instead of just agreeing to take a look at it. Accountability goes a long way, they don't seem to value that concept.

Not honest on keeping you informed or updated as they had my car for over a month. I can’t say miscommunication because there wasn’t any. Small business or big business consumer’s satisfaction should be a mutual goal otherwise what are you in business for? They’ll continue to give you the run around about your car. I’d call Monday and be told that Friday it’ll be ready come Friday there’s an excuse to call Monday, then repeated. Less excuses more work..If there isn’t enough workers please don’t take someone car apart to have it sitting there so you’ll have guaranteed money. That’s a huge inconvenience because someone else could be fixing it faster and efficiently. I would never recommend this company for any repairs or diagnostics nor air. They aren’t people of their word. Prices may seem low however them keeping your car for extreme periods you’d be spending money elsewhere for transportation!

Extremely honest and reliable staff! I have had both my husband's car and mine worked on here for the past couple years. It's nice knowing that your car will be fixed properly with quality materials. They can get busy at times so I suggest calling ahead if you're in a hurry!
