Talk about a God sent. These are the mechanics you are looking for. My husband is a  handyman with tools on board, but every handyman needs a helping hand. His differential went out. I ordered him the part, but he was broke down for two whole days until Big Boyz Mobile Truck Repair came to the rescue to help out. I found them on Google. They work hard and very reasonable. They are very trustworthy overall, good guys. The differential was a really heavy(600+lbs) part, but between their help and my husband, they got the job done in a reasonable time. Big boyz mobile truck repair saved my butt!  I woke up to pounding on my door because another kind driver let me know that my truck was pouring antifreeze while running, my radiator blew. I have two loads already booked and this would have royally messed me up. I called up big boyz and they came out same day and repaired my radiator on site. They were no nonsense and extremely knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for their service! A+++

Second time taking my vehicle here, and Justin is the G.O.A.T.! Once you get an appointment, the work is done faster than closing your laptop when your mom walks in the room. Probably the only genuine and honest repair shop I've ever been to. They wouldn't charge me for replacing a brake light bulb; got the AC part replaced for a good price while the other shop near campus charged me $150 just for "inspection" (and tried to extort me $800 to replace the same part).

Justin has worked on my cars and trucks for years now. Just recently he put a new motor in my sons F150. Nowhere else will I take any of my autos. Justin has always been honest and fair with us. Go see Justin with all your automotive repairs.

Justin has been a huge help over the last few years with all my auto needs - I really appreciate how he's upfront with what needs to be done but also, what might be an upcoming thing to think about but doesn't need to be done today. UPDATED July 2024  Justin recently installed a winch on my FJ Cruiser -- using a winch mount from U.S. Off Road -- I liked his work and that of the nearby Lane & Kenny Body Shop who treated the bare steel bumper.  Install looks very cool in the pic below.  XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX  I always appreciate the service provided by Justin and his colleagues.  Oil changes and free advice are a specialty!!  I highly recommend them.  UPDATED August 2023: In addition to oil changes, Justin was able to install a newer stereo/streaming system (all bells & whistles) to replace my FJammer -- he advised me to go to Crutchfield to purchase and I was satisfied with the Kenwood product and the very capable installation by All Hours......

Usually in the world of car care it turns out to be a crap shoot. One mans greatness is another mans disaster. This review is all about a GREAT experience I had with Scotts Auto Repair.  My Olds had developed a rather large squeak/chirp and was chewing up my serpentine belt. I called the establishment and Scott answered and advised that I bring my car in the following morning. He advised he would call with a diagnosis and cost involved with repairing my vehicle.  Several hours later he called and presented a good news/bad news scenario...Good news= easy fix (crankshaft pulley). Bad news= the part was not to be found anywhere locally. The great thing was that Scott not only checked locally but NATIONALLY and AFTER business hours. Outstanding.  Luckily, we located a used part in Springfield and I picked it up the following morning. Two hours later, car was fixed at a price that was WELL below average for crankshaft pulley replacement.  To verify that the experience wasn't a dream come true I asked another customer about their experience with Scott's and received a glowing review. Seems Scott's has been her trusted car care specialist for well over 7 years!  Do yourself a favor and take your auto to Scott's for both repairs AND preventive maintenance! You'll be glad you did!

I’m not going to give them a bad review because their staff was pleasant on the phone and who knows I might use them in the future. My issue is they’re listed as auto glass repair on Google when I called they said they don’t do auto glass…. Kinda false advertising. I would just refine the key words on Google so people don’t waste their time. I still gave you 5 stars.

Great experience getting our car serviced here. Called in on Thursday and spoke to Scott. We explained what we were looking to have done and Scott very confidently explained the service, gave a quote, and provided a realistic timeline for when the repair would be done. We dropped the car off the next day and they had it back to us ahead of schedule and for what was quoted. Definitely felt trustworthy and experienced. We will be back next time our car needs service!

Great service! I was having issues with starting my vehicle, i dropped it off at 9am & got a call around 11am with what was wrong & the pricing, and then my vehicle was ready same day just a few hours later. I’ve also had my radiator replaced here as well, job was done the next day after dropping it off. Highly recommend. Fair pricing & doesn’t delay the service. Thanks so much Scott!

I had a great experience with Scott! I needed break pads, rotors, and an oil change. He got my car in quickly and had everything done in less than a few hours. Fair price, honest about what needs done vs. what is optional. He did such a good job that my friend took her car the next week and also had an awesome experience.
