Talk about a God sent. These are the mechanics you are looking for. My husband is a  handyman with tools on board, but every handyman needs a helping hand. His differential went out. I ordered him the part, but he was broke down for two whole days until Big Boyz Mobile Truck Repair came to the rescue to help out. I found them on Google. They work hard and very reasonable. They are very trustworthy overall, good guys. The differential was a really heavy(600+lbs) part, but between their help and my husband, they got the job done in a reasonable time. Big boyz mobile truck repair saved my butt!  I woke up to pounding on my door because another kind driver let me know that my truck was pouring antifreeze while running, my radiator blew. I have two loads already booked and this would have royally messed me up. I called up big boyz and they came out same day and repaired my radiator on site. Usually in the world of car care it turns out to be a crap shoot. One mans greatness is another mans disaster. This review is all about a GREAT experience I had with Scotts Auto Repair.  My Olds had developed a rather large squeak/chirp and was chewing up my serpentine belt. I called the establishment and Scott answered and advised that I bring my car in the following morning. He advised he would call with a diagnosis and cost involved with repairing my vehicle.  Several hours later he called and presented a good news/bad news scenario...Good news= easy fix (crankshaft pulley). Bad news= the part was not to be found anywhere locally. The great thing was that Scott not only checked locally but NATIONALLY and AFTER business hours. Outstanding.  Luckily, we located a used part in Springfield and I picked it up the following morning. Two hours later, car was fixed at a price that was WELL below average for crankshaft pulley replacement.  To verify that the experience wasn't a dream come true I asked another customer about their experience with Scott's and received a glowing review. Seems Scott's has been her trusted car care specialist for well over 7 years!  Do yourself a favor and take your auto to Scott's for both repairs AND preventive maintenance! You'll be glad you did!

I’m not going to give them a bad review because their staff was pleasant on the phone and who knows I might use them in the future. My issue is they’re listed as auto glass repair on Google when I called they said they don’t do auto glass…. Kinda false advertising. I would just refine the key words on Google so people don’t waste their time. I still gave you 5 stars.

Great experience getting our car serviced here. Called in on Thursday and spoke to Scott. We explained what we were looking to have done and Scott very confidently explained the service, gave a quote, and provided a realistic timeline for when the repair would be done. We dropped the car off the next day and they had it back to us ahead of schedule and for what was quoted. Definitely felt trustworthy and experienced. We will be back next time our car needs service!

Great service! I was having issues with starting my vehicle, i dropped it off at 9am & got a call around 11am with what was wrong & the pricing, and then my vehicle was ready same day just a few hours later. I’ve also had my radiator replaced here as well, job was done the next day after dropping it off. Highly recommend. Fair pricing & doesn’t delay the service. Thanks so much Scott!

I had a great experience with Scott! I needed break pads, rotors, and an oil change. He got my car in quickly and had everything done in less than a few hours. Fair price, honest about what needs done vs. what is optional. He did such a good job that my friend took her car the next week and also had an awesome experience.

Zach did a mobile visit in his service truck, came to the house, diagnosed and fixed the problem! Very quick, knowledgeable, and helpful! Will definetly be using no hassle auto repair & mobile services for all future repairs!

Terrible!! Unreliable!! Unprofessional!! Would rather “spend time with his girlfriend” than make some money. Constantly said he was on his way only to never show up when he said he would. Not gonna lie was reliable at first then started bullshitting us and giving us the run around. He’s literally the 5th or 6th mobile mechanic we’ve had and we thought we finally found a good one but NOPE!! Just like the rest of them smh so if anyone knows of a good RELIABLE mobile mechanic who knows how to communicate and let you know something came up or they can’t make it instead of constantly saying they’re otw when they know they’re not PLEASE let me know. Waste of my time and most importantly my money!!

Zack really helped me out in a pinch! He did what other mechanics turned me away and said they couldn’t do. I had a lug nut stuck on my tire and really needed my brakes/rotors changed. He.came directly to me and was able to do it and made it look easy. My brakes sound so much better. Super down to earth guy I highly recommend.

I needed to have my radiator replaced in a hurry and Zach saved my butt. He came to my work, diagnosed the issue, then scoured the area to find me the best deal on the new part. He then changed the part out in my work parking lot, as it was pouring rain, as I was able to go along with my day. He quoted me an exceptional price, and we’ve already discussed him helping me with a few other small issues in the near future. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I was told a spark plug was changed in which it was never changed. I actually took it to a mechanic, and it was never even taken out. No one was never put in as well, and I was also told that it was an oxygen sensor that was going to be cleaned withDrano

Waited 2-3hours after being told he was on his way. I called several times with no response, and I also texted him, but I was left on read.

LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! Not sure what I did for him to just ghost me! I called him and asked him if he serviced out in my area he said yes he does. Explained the situation of what I think the issue was he gave me pricing and we were set…… I thought:  After sending him my address I got absolutely NOTHING! Didn’t answer my calls didn’t text back nothing. I was hopeful to find a new mechanic and his reviews seemed good but i definitely got played smh. I left work early even to try and get it done sooner. Wish he would had just communicated with me.

One of the few mechanics that got back to me fast, and was able to take care of my car within the hour.  Super fast fixing my radiator fan, super friendly guy.  I would recommend him over the shops I’ve had to deal!

Ok so I bought this car, a 98 Avalon. It had a litany of problems, from the radiator, to tie rods and struts. Patrick fixed the radiator in an hour, and replaced the brakes. Can't wait til he can replace the tie rods and struts. Quick service, and even talked me through everything he did. Fair prices too. The auto shop I initially went to wanted over $1000 for brakes and radiator replacement. Got it done with Patrick for around $500.
