Fantastic experience!  With my car not turning on, and already diagnosing that it's not a battery issue, I was concerned it would be super expensive. Not only did they diagnosed it fast, but they replaced the part and had it back to me so quick. And with great communication throughout. We own a food truck and they always go above and beyond to help us and get us up and running as quickly as possible. They're worked on our engine, electric, plumbing system and more. Man!!! I cant say enough about Puro Mobile Mechanics in Dallas...I was in shock that they got my classic car up & running after being in shop after shop that gets very costly & alot of mechanics do not know how to work on classic cars. A different mobile mechanic started a small fire in my car!!! A different mechanic STOLE my car & I found it so of course I was very concerned about mechanics after that. He came to MY place & stayed till everything was working & finally starting with NO problems and driving perfectly!!! I had ZERO issues with them staying late bcz they WANTED to finish & didn't ask for no extra $$$ for a "rush" job situation bcz I was getting it ready for a video at that time. He got it RIGHT in ONE day at a price that beat the everyone else. I've had other shops quote me $hundreds just for a simple p.m. Some told me they wont even touch my car bcz they don't know how to work on it or its a liability. Im so glad I found them bcz now I don't have to worry about towing or going to shops ever again. They will be the ONLY ones working on my vehicles from now on. I've sent everyone I know to him & I probably shouldn't have bcz now he's hard to get...that's a GOOD sign that speaks for itself when you got to book an appointment in advance bcz everybody wants you...lol. Services included:::Steering wheel replaced, dash board back on bcz the mechanic that stole it had it all ripped completely off & the dashboard was laying in the floor. Electrical lines replaced, new fuses, installed push button start, oil change & filter, spark plugs, plug wires, filters inside(cabin) & fuel filter, transmission flush & fill, inside door handle replaced, back light bulbs & housing replacement, new glass headlamps in front, radiator hoses, carbuerator p.m, new brakes, new belts, new battery with new terminal cables, greased the pins & installed new alternator and starter.

John was very kind and did a quick and goid job on replacing my very dead battery that had me stuck in an Uptown Parking Garage all day! Once he was able to get through rush hour Dallas traffic with an accident delaying his arrival his great personality and mechanical skill came to my rescue!

Johnny was the only mobile mechanic who picked up  the call when I got stranded in Downtown after my wheel nearly came off. None of the shops close by could fit me in.  Replaced the wheel studs on the driver side front wheel. Fair price, got to me quick, got the job done thoroughly and fast and had me back on my way. Nice guy and easy to work with. Would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

Exactly what we were looking for! We needed a mechanic the day before Thanksgiving and was scrabbling trying to find one who wasn’t crazy priced and did good work. Chayton, who was our technician, worked fast and communicated great! Would definitely use their services again.

It was a small delay as far as the eta, but I would still recommend this mechanic! One of his guys (Chayton) was who repaired my car for me.. he does great work & will not leave until your vehicle is repaired successfully and back to brand new!

Andrew called me back to schedule a time to come out to my house yesterday to fix my battery and he never showed up. I tried reaching out to him multiple times and never heard a word after he gave me a price and a time that he would be over. Would not recommend!!! He left me in a bad spot!

Definitely my go to for any issues I have with my vehicle. Dale was great! He was quick to respond, very knowledgeable and got the work done quickly! His prices are very reasonable and he doesnt try to dupe you with unnecessary services just to make an extra buck. I would absolutely recommend!!
