We tried to get our Harley fixed. The mechanic stayed “ Looks like just the fuel pump went bad, can't get it to do anything by bench testing it. Parts and labor for the repair will be looking at about 540 parts and labor to get it replaced”  After replacing the fuel pump.  The motorcycle still is not running.  Then he stated after replacing the fuel pump.  I've found multiple shorts in the wiring, without a wiring diagram, diagnostics can get pretty expensive as it's 200/hr. Wiring diagram allows to me source each wire that has a short so I can isolate this issues faster and save time and money, by not stripping every harness down. Right now at ECU I'm seeing 4 different shorts, something like that could be 4-10hours for diagnostics to strip down every harness and track the individual wires. How far would you like to get into it? Currently running out of daylight today but I've got some time available tomorrow.  Joshua Ward the mechanic just does not seem knowledgeable.  He should have been able to diagnose the problems from the beginning, not one then lead to another.

I give credit where it’s due. Last year I goggle for a mobile mechanic and was lead to call Joshua. Of course I didn’t know what to expect but I took a chance because I needed my vehicle fixed and we all know that the manufacturers will drain your pockets. Joshua is such a skilled mechanic. He knows his stuff far from a shady tree mechanic, this guy is far from that. Not to mention he has a humble spirit, very nice guy. I’ve used Joshua three times for three different occasions and he fixed the matters right the first time and it didn’t affect my pockets. Of course you’re going to have to pay the guy but he’s very affordable, so much cheaper than your dealership. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic look no further. I GUARANTEE that you will be more than happy with the service he provides. Thank me later.

Solid experience with Nate! Replaced my alternator within an hour of my car breaking down with no appointment. Took about 30 minutes to take out the old alternator and replace it (majority of the time was due to me needing to run and grab the part from a local store) otherwise it would have only taken him roughly 15 minutes to get the job done. Highly recommend if you’re in a bind!

If you want a mechanic that’s gonna get straight to the point, communicates proficiently, works efficiently, and more knowledgeable than A-LOT of mechanics here in Houston call. on. NATE!!! I found him earlier last year, he has worked on my Jeep wrangler 2007 fixed it and works beautifully. Recently he has worked on my Chrysler 300 2015, There were problems with the battery and the fuel pump. Fixed within 1.5 hours. This is the only person who is going to touch ANY of my vehicles for as long as I need a mechanic in Houston! THANK YOU NATE !!!

I drove in from Austin in my BMW 428i and my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. When I arrived at the hotel in downtown Houston I needed a mobile auto mechanic ASAP. After a quick google search and reading reviews I called Nate and he picked up on the second ring. He came to the hotel, ran diagnostics, identified the issue, went and picked up the parts, and within 30 minutes my A/C was fixed! Nate had a super positive attitude and handled everything with excellent customer service quickly. Highly recommend, give Nate a call!

DO NOT WORK WOTH THIS MECHANIC! Worked with Nate after my car didn’t jump start. He replaced the starter, and I asked him to take a look at my power of steering pump, since my steering wheel felt a little tighter than usual. He ended up replacing the power of steering pump (after he told me the old one was in “terrible condition”) while cursing and not stoping the complaints about how it was imposible to reach it and how this job was the hardest he’s had in months. I stayed to check on the work when noticing that he was watching YouTube videos on how to replace this part. I asked him if it was okay letting me do it with someone else but he insisted on being able to do it. Now my steering wheel is inoperable and almost impossible to turn. I asked him on taking a look at it since it looks like it has a leak, and he said it is probably the king pin and I should just get rid of my car. I asked him to come and look at my car and he blocked me. Called him with another phone to ask him for a refund and resulted in nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. I would say zero stars. I called yesterday for someone to replace my starter they gave me a great price and I went to buy the starter. I called the mechanic Darius if I recall correctly. He said send 30 dollars for the travel fee so I sent it and nobody ever came. They didn’t answer my call this morning and then I texted them asking for my money back because I found someone else and they haven’t sent it back yet. How can you keep my travel fee if you never actually traveled to me. Not only are they liars they are thieves at this point. I want my money back and I honestly feel like I should call the police since they can’t be honest. STEALING IS STEALING and it’s illegal!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

Darius is the man! I had an issue last night where I felt my front passenger tire wobbling like crazy and I thought something was seriously wrong — plus, I didn’t have my tools or light to fix anything wrong. I looked up shops in the area, dreading to drive on a messed up wheel but I found this listing and gave them a shot.  A very professional assistant answered the phone and took my information and gave me some pricing for the job. She told me he’d be here around 1PM and the estimate was perfect. Darius showed up and quickly diagnosed my problem, told me it was a quick fix and even ran out to grab the part for me. Personable, professional and honest! Darius is the MAN!  If you need anything done in the comfort of your home with someone smart and honest, this is the place to call.

Called and a lady answered she couldn't get untouched with her employer.  Finally after an hour she calls back gives me a number said to call them because it's who will be helping me today. Icalled and He came i was charged $35 for a travel fee.  Ok no problem with that.  When the young man came out i got him in the car backed out we hadn't even made it to the corner when he said what the issue was OK kool.  Backed up pulled back in the yard.  I asked how much will you charge to fix the issue if i go get the party right now.  He said let me go calculate it and the travel fee,  he came back gave me the price and we agreed he'd fix my car.  We ordered the part.  Which he said I'll be back when it comes in. The  Part came in i called he said he was on the way and never showed up.  I called and texted. Finallyhe  answered apologizing said I'm coming and never came.  When he did call it was 9:45 pm. Need time, so he said I'll be there tomorrow..Texted the next day at 6am still nothing.  So i waited another day texted and still nothing.  So i texted who i thought was the female who answered from the initial call. They were texting me back and then sent this text saying the guy said i didn't pay some diagnostic fee.  I was NEVER EVER told about a fee.  So i called and asked them to explain.  A man answered said he was the owner and merged me and Darius together.  When i tried explaining things the so call owner was so DISRESPECTFUL.  Didn't want to listen kept telling me i owe them and I'm like how None of that was discussed from the jump.  All that was asked for was the travel fee which i paid.  This man wanted to argue me down.  Telling me it's on his web and this that and the third and i told him a friend gave me your number i haven't looked up anything.  He sends me a text and the text only says a travel fee.  I looked it up this morning and it only speaks of a travel fee.  I personally would not recommend them. The owner is VERY rude I'm to old to argue with anyone over anything.  I don't have time to.  Life is too short.  I did pray for this man's soul because he needs Jesus for how he was talking to people. I see as i read  the comments I'm not the only one.  Maybe he was having a bad day or money issues, but i won't use them nor will I refer them to anyone.  God bless you and your company sir and i pray you find inner peace and learn to listen and be patient before you jump to conclusions without hearing clients all the way through.

Very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Im the owner of a 2011  Porsche Panamara  that had  a  coolant house Burst and  cause the car to run hot due to All antifreeze leak out. The  Man took the engine apart to remove the bad Hose and replace it . The car is running good  . I have posted pictures before and after. Thanks Sir!

Wouldn’t recommend them at all DONT DO IT….they came and looked at it then left to find the part I needed. Then rob came back by himself and tried to do it but he left then called me saying he couldn’t do it smh and that he had another mechanic going to come out and fix but the other mechanic never came. On top of that he never put the part back he took off so I had to get it towed to a shop…..PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS

What a rip off. Rob ran a diagnostic on my car and was completely wrong. I was told that the issue with my car was the fuel pump. I bought a fuel pump and after his mechanic replaced it my truck still didn't start. He misdiagnosed my issue horribly. He had me replace something that wasn't necessary. Rob dropped the mechanic off at my truck to replace the fuel pump. When the guy was finished, he was stranded at my apartment because Rob wouldn't answer the phone and didn't pick him up. He just left him. I had to use my girlfriends car to take the mechanic home. What a joke Rob is

Great service didnt take advantage amd try to say more things were wrong then it was When he could of easily stated my power shearing pump was out when it wasn't It was just my battery not giving the power it needed to operate the power steering. price was reasonable. thank you Rob great service

Rob, the owner was very professional. I am always leery of using new mechanics but I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced. He found the problem with my starter right away and not only fixed it but also fixed my fan motor. His prices are more than fair and he is incredibly courteous. I highly recommend  this company and I have already hired him to do some more work on another one of my vehicles.

This place is a scam. Do not let Ray touch your vehicle he is no mechanic. He will rip you off. He charged me $300' to change my brake pads and they were worse when I left. And I was told by an honest mechanic that he did nothing to my brakes

0 stars. Ceasar came out and looked at my car because it wasn’t starting. He Charged $80 for the initial “diagnostic” and said that the starter needed to be replaced but that I had to get it towed to his shop because he couldn’t do that type of work mobile. So I had it towed to his shop. I pick the car up from the shop later that evening and there’s a bunch of lights on the dash that weren’t there. He told me “drive a little bit and they’ll go away. They did not just go away of course, and 2 days after my car leaves their shop, it won’t start again. At this point I’ve paid him $787 to “replace” the starter. So I take my car to the Jeep dealership where they tell me that something in the engine is compromised and that was the cause of the starting issues. So not only did he not correctly diagnose the vehicle, I paid him $787 just to still have to bring my car to the shop again 2 days later. They don’t do honest work. Everything is off the record. STAY AWAY

This place is a rip off. There are homeless people living and walking in and out of this place stealing stuff from your car. They make you sign a contract the first thing. They are incompetent, especially "James" and "Johnny". They try to scare you if you are nice to them.  I had an electrical issue with car, they made me change fuel pump, battery, cleaned cylinder head and ripped me off around $1000 by not understanding the issue with car. Please stay away from this place if you don't want to regret.

Zero stars if I could. Had them quote us for repairs and we specifically told Juan what was wrong since we had had an inspection done already. Quoted us a price (reasonable) to start, BUT had to take the car to the shop, paid in full and all the work wasn’t complete. Daughter went back the next day to get the car aligned cause the car felt worse and they told her to go in and the car had a sound as if it was dragging something. Said the car needed new tires, couldn’t align it like that. We got new tires. Then, I took a day off cause this was crazy, stayed at the shop 6hrs for the alignment. Still needed a coolant part to be replaced. Juan said he would be at my job the next day to do that. The car still had the dragging sound. Got home and the under panel (whatever it’s called) was lose and that’s what was dragging (I put pictures). Told Juan about this and he said that happens with these cars, but he would screw it on for whatever I wanted to give him. WHAT!!? If he worked on the suspension, he obviously took it off and should have put it back the way it was. My husband had to screw it on so I didn’t have to drive to work like that. Anyway, I let it go, but he didn’t show to replace the part for the coolant the next day. Didn’t answer calls or texts after he told me he was at court and would call me back, I drove to the shop again and they said he was at lunch, another guy said he was picking up parts. Called him about 15 times after work and nothing. Next day I called, he came to replace the part finally, but still wanted to charge me another $89!!! No Sir we asked for a quote for everything. NEVER USING HIM AGAIN. I give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is way too much. I should have known when I saw another client call the cops on him when I was there. I’m so upset at this.
