If you're in need of a mobile mechanic this is it. Brock was my mechanic,  I was shopping around for a mechanic because my car turned off on me while driving home from work. Over the phone he sounded like he knew what he was talking so I went with him as my choice. He saved me $100 and did not rip me off. (Ladies, you know what I'm talking about)  He came hooked up his little machine that gives code and he was surely right . He was fast and accurate. Now my engine light is off and my baby is running like a champ.  You can't go wrong with this place and Brock.

My engine overheated and the housing on the inside cracked. My car was not driveable at all and smoking.I went to my normal mechanic and they were gone charge me $1,150. I was given Rome's card by another person and he was able to come to our home the day I called him to assess the car. He told us he would order the parts and kept us updated with pricing. He fixed the car the day after his assessment and saved us over $600. Cool guy. If you want some money saved and have your car fixed while at home...or anywhere...give him a call.

Rome was a fantastic help, even though he did not have to come out to help me he did anyways. Even after he was comfortably home, he heard I was stranded and came out to not only make sure I could be fixed up or not, but genuinely cared for me and my situation and came with a great conversation, and some tips. 100% recommend this man here. Also family run so you know your money is going to a good place.

I had an issue with my car driver seat being completely stuck since it was electric, I try to fix my self but failed. I text Rolling Rod the same day and he was able to come out and check it out with possible options if we needed to replace parts. I told him what I try to do and how it periodically works when it wants too. He was able to check the seat power and check other possible connections without taking out the car seat. He fixed my car seat with little to no time! He explained what he did and recommended me to replace the weak fuse, he offered to get the part but no stores had them. He was able to provide me the link to the part and taught me how to do it myself when I get it - I would recommend!!!

Great service and knowledgeable about engine parts and Transmission. Would highly recommend. He change all my ignition coils and sparks plugs and vvt solenoids right in front of me. Frank did an outstanding job with replacing my gaskets and spark plugs.  Not only was the job done at my house but left it clean.  He is very detailed in explaining the problem and also provided future advice.  As far as pricing, he was very honest and fair with his price.  You can either buy your own parts or he can buy them.  He purchased them for me and he gave me the receipt.  I paid for parts and labor.  I will definitely be calling him again.

I recently got a new job in nursing 7am- 5:00pm I was still a week in training. When I got up this morning my car couldn’t start, I’ve tried jumping starting it, made sure it wasn’t my engine. Everything was all fine but couldn’t figure what was wrong with is.  Luckily I was able to work at home, but I couldn’t bring my car to any shop since it won’t start, I also didn’t want to get it towed to the repair shop.  Called Frank, (Aquaman) and he was a life saver, he was able to figure out what was wrong (Motor Starter) and able to fix it and get it done. He worked on it til 9:45pm! I felt bad for making this man work at night, but I was so very grateful that he fixed it. The price was standard and honest.  Thank you!

When he is repairing your car, he tells you everything that is needed and what he is going to do. He has repaired an engine, brakes, alternator, and other minor things. I would say zero stars. I called yesterday for someone to replace my starter they gave me a great price and I went to buy the starter. I called the mechanic Darius if I recall correctly. He said send 30 dollars for the travel fee so I sent it and nobody ever came. They didn’t answer my call this morning and then I texted them asking for my money back because I found someone else and they haven’t sent it back yet. How can you keep my travel fee if you never actually traveled to me. Not only are they liars they are thieves at this point. I want my money back and I honestly feel like I should call the police since they can’t be honest. STEALING IS STEALING and it’s illegal!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

Darius is the man! I had an issue last night where I felt my front passenger tire wobbling like crazy and I thought something was seriously wrong — plus, I didn’t have my tools or light to fix anything wrong. I looked up shops in the area, dreading to drive on a messed up wheel but I found this listing and gave them a shot.  A very professional assistant answered the phone and took my information and gave me some pricing for the job. She told me he’d be here around 1PM and the estimate was perfect. Darius showed up and quickly diagnosed my problem, told me it was a quick fix and even ran out to grab the part for me. Personable, professional and honest! Darius is the MAN!  If you need anything done in the comfort of your home with someone smart and honest, this is the place to call.

Called and a lady answered she couldn't get untouched with her employer.  Finally after an hour she calls back gives me a number said to call them because it's who will be helping me today. Icalled and He came i was charged $35 for a travel fee.  Ok no problem with that.  When the young man came out i got him in the car backed out we hadn't even made it to the corner when he said what the issue was OK kool.  Backed up pulled back in the yard.  I asked how much will you charge to fix the issue if i go get the party right now.  He said let me go calculate it and the travel fee,  he came back gave me the price and we agreed he'd fix my car.  We ordered the part.  Which he said I'll be back when it comes in. The  Part came in i called he said he was on the way and never showed up.  I called and texted. Finallyhe  answered apologizing said I'm coming and never came.  When he did call it was 9:45 pm. Need time, so he said I'll be there tomorrow..Texted the next day at 6am still nothing.  So i waited another day texted and still nothing.  So i texted who i thought was the female who answered from the initial call. They were texting me back and then sent this text saying the guy said i didn't pay some diagnostic fee.  I was NEVER EVER told about a fee.  So i called and asked them to explain.  A man answered said he was the owner and merged me and Darius together.  When i tried explaining things the so call owner was so DISRESPECTFUL.  Didn't want to listen kept telling me i owe them and I'm like how None of that was discussed from the jump.  All that was asked for was the travel fee which i paid.  This man wanted to argue me down.  Telling me it's on his web and this that and the third and i told him a friend gave me your number i haven't looked up anything.  He sends me a text and the text only says a travel fee.  I looked it up this morning and it only speaks of a travel fee.  I personally would not recommend them. The owner is VERY rude I'm to old to argue with anyone over anything.  I don't have time to.  Life is too short.  I did pray for this man's soul because he needs Jesus for how he was talking to people. I see as i read  the comments I'm not the only one.  Maybe he was having a bad day or money issues, but i won't use them nor will I refer them to anyone.  God bless you and your company sir and i pray you find inner peace and learn to listen and be patient before you jump to conclusions without hearing clients all the way through.

Very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Im the owner of a 2011  Porsche Panamara  that had  a  coolant house Burst and  cause the car to run hot due to All antifreeze leak out. Wish I can give a zero I called and it said they're open 24 hours and I couldn't hear the person on the phone because their phone was static and the guy hung up y'all need better workers if they can't be professional after hours then they only be working there I will not ever come there ever and I will make sure none of the friends and family and associates I know they stay on this side come that way either

Replaced the serpentine belt on my car in just an hour and a half. Came straight over as soon as I called. Allowed me to keep working in the office.  Time from first call to completed work was less than 3 hours.

Please don’t go here even if you are in emergency. I called him for then engine light showing in my car, he told me to buy all four o2 sensors, its funny there’s only two when I checked in with professional mechanic. They told us that he installed the wrong ones and even damaged the one he installed😂. Bro like don’t stop rigging other people bro. He charged me 175$ for diagnosing the problem plus 462$ for the parts and 425$ for installing them. When I called him what did you charge me 425$ for? He started abusing. Have a great one Mr. John

John was great! Did what I asked and then some and didn’t charge me for things he could have. Very knowledgeable, will use again and definitely recommend to others when they need a mechanic outside normal hours or for the mobility he provides!

I called Glens to see if they could repair the seal on my windshield, they gave me two possible quotes over the phone and were very kind and helpful. Got it repaired the same day & will be back for any other car issues they’re able to work on.

Had work done, had it redone less than 3 months later, now just over a year later when the warranty expired, of course, the whole job fell apart. AND THERE WAS ANOTHER TIME IN BETWEEN, he did come to my home and repair it that time. Originally, they replaced the power steering pulley but obviously they did it with mismatched bolts  and one bolt was missing, so I’ll just say it fell out because I refused to believe they didn’t put it there. All in all I’m spending another 1500$ to redo what they didn’t repair correctly  In response to the owners reply: I definitely could afford oil leak repairs (hilarious that he would say I couldn’t) but they didn’t find them so they pressure washed the engine and didn’t find it and I’m not even sure of what that has to do with random bolts they put in the power steering pulley that they replaced  and “repaired” that caused the belt to come off so many times. You can see how the bolts damaged the pulley in the pic. The head gasket and oil filter housing gaskets have been changed. I haven’t been driving the car much because I ACTUALLY AFFORDED TO BUY ANOTHER ONE IN NOVEMBER!

Glen is a one of a kind mechanic who doesn’t believe in ripping you off or charging crazy prices for doing something small. He’s reasonable, respectful, and definitely knows what he’s doing. My AC broke down and he fixed it right there on the spot. Definitely recommend!!

Worst service ever!  Gken towed me and charged me a $100 which was fine. I wrote on the paper car won’t start. Glen changes the starter for $436 which is fine, but car still won’t start. I wrote on the paper car won’t start before he even did any work. Glen then changes  the spark plugs and charges me $20 and car still won’t start. Glen then says it need a new motor!  The moral of the story is, don’t take anything you want done correctly to glens mobile auto repair. They are shade tree mechanics with fake reviews. And when you write on the paper car won’t start to fix the issue, that means fix the issue. And test drive the car to ensure the issues are resolved. When asked did you test drive it, they stutter and said no. When I called and asked for a tow because I.broke down again a block from his shop, he all of a sudden wasn’t there or wouldn’t answer the phone. Take you care at your own risk. If it’s a simple fix, I’m sure glen and handle that, but not anything that needs a real reliable mechanic to resolve. His trouble shoot skills are a joke and so are his employees who only want to argue until you call them out and tell them to take the damn bass out of their voice. They are the definitions of clowns. 🤡

OMG!  God has blessed me to find a mechanic who truly believes in building relationships with his customers. Mr. Glen is who I am referring to. Where do I begin?  From the time I brought my Cadillac Escalade into his shop, he made me feel like I was the number one customer in the world! I told Mr. Glen the problem I was experiencing with my SUV.  The next thing out of his mouth was “Let’s take it for a test drive.”  When is the last time a mechanic wanted to actually ride with you to help diagnose your problem? I was totally blown away at that point! The problem ended up being replacement of my rear shock absorbers.  The repair took less than a hour!  Say what?  Unbelievable!  This young man is very knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and is not going to propose repairs that you don’t need. He will point out to you what we needs to be replaced soon, if there is anything. As long as this young man is in business, I will not be using another dealership or complete auto care shop again!  This young man is very personable and truly cares about taking care of your vehicle.  Go see him at 5023 Addicks Satsuma!  You won’t regret it! Tell them Mr. Keys sent you! This place is a scam. Do not let Ray touch your vehicle he is no mechanic. He will rip you off. He charged me $300' to change my brake pads and they were worse when I left. And I was told by an honest mechanic that he did nothing to my brakes

0 stars. Ceasar came out and looked at my car because it wasn’t starting. He Charged $80 for the initial “diagnostic” and said that the starter needed to be replaced but that I had to get it towed to his shop because he couldn’t do that type of work mobile. So I had it towed to his shop. I pick the car up from the shop later that evening and there’s a bunch of lights on the dash that weren’t there. He told me “drive a little bit and they’ll go away. They did not just go away of course, and 2 days after my car leaves their shop, it won’t start again. At this point I’ve paid him $787 to “replace” the starter. So I take my car to the Jeep dealership where they tell me that something in the engine is compromised and that was the cause of the starting issues. So not only did he not correctly diagnose the vehicle, I paid him $787 just to still have to bring my car to the shop again 2 days later. They don’t do honest work. Everything is off the record. STAY AWAY

This place is a rip off. There are homeless people living and walking in and out of this place stealing stuff from your car. They make you sign a contract the first thing. They are incompetent, especially "James" and "Johnny". They try to scare you if you are nice to them.  I had an electrical issue with car, they made me change fuel pump, battery, cleaned cylinder head and ripped me off around $1000 by not understanding the issue with car. Please stay away from this place if you don't want to regret.

Zero stars if I could. Had them quote us for repairs and we specifically told Juan what was wrong since we had had an inspection done already. Quoted us a price (reasonable) to start, BUT had to take the car to the shop, paid in full and all the work wasn’t complete. Daughter went back the next day to get the car aligned cause the car felt worse and they told her to go in and the car had a sound as if it was dragging something. Said the car needed new tires, couldn’t align it like that. We got new tires. Then, I took a day off cause this was crazy, stayed at the shop 6hrs for the alignment. Still needed a coolant part to be replaced. Juan said he would be at my job the next day to do that. The car still had the dragging sound. Got home and the under panel (whatever it’s called) was lose and that’s what was dragging (I put pictures). Told Juan about this and he said that happens with these cars, but he would screw it on for whatever I wanted to give him. WHAT!!? If he worked on the suspension, he obviously took it off and should have put it back the way it was. My husband had to screw it on so I didn’t have to drive to work like that. Anyway, I let it go, but he didn’t show to replace the part for the coolant the next day. Didn’t answer calls or texts after he told me he was at court and would call me back, I drove to the shop again and they said he was at lunch, another guy said he was picking up parts. Called him about 15 times after work and nothing. Next day I called, he came to replace the part finally, but still wanted to charge me another $89!!! No Sir we asked for a quote for everything. NEVER USING HIM AGAIN. I give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is way too much. I should have known when I saw another client call the cops on him when I was there. I’m so upset at this.
