After waiting 3 days for another mechanic to show up it was a pleasure finding James! He came on time, communicated with me about updates and came and completed the job quickly and efficiently! As soon as he arrived he got straight to work! He’s fast and honest and that is very rare to find when dealing with automotives.

Great service and knowledgeable about engine parts and Transmission. Would highly recommend. He change all my ignition coils and sparks plugs and vvt solenoids right in front of me. He doesn’t scam on repairs or prices and he tries to work with you on prices for repairs. Thank you frank for working on my Camaro and being honest about the repairs and cost.

Frank did an outstanding job with replacing my gaskets and spark plugs.  Not only was the job done at my house but left it clean.  He is very detailed in explaining the problem and also provided future advice.  As far as pricing, he was very honest and fair with his price.  You can either buy your own parts or he can buy them.  He purchased them for me and he gave me the receipt.  I paid for parts and labor.  I will definitely be calling him again.

Very satisfied with Frank’s work. He is professional and knowledgeable. He replaced brakes and rotors front and back on my 2015 F150. He kept me informed of the time of his arrival. The pricing was fair. I will definitely call him again.

Frank did an excellent job with my Stelvio’s Rear Brake job. Charged a fair price with nothing unnecessary and even helped with some smaller issues as well with no extra charge. For sure will be using him again

I recently got a new job in nursing 7am- 5:00pm I was still a week in training. When I got up this morning my car couldn’t start, I’ve tried jumping starting it, made sure it wasn’t my engine. Everything was all fine but couldn’t figure what was wrong with is.  Luckily I was able to work at home, but I couldn’t bring my car to any shop since it won’t start, I also didn’t want to get it towed to the repair shop.  Called Frank, (Aquaman) and he was a life saver, he was able to figure out what was wrong (Motor Starter) and able to fix it and get it done. He worked on it til 9:45pm! I felt bad for making this man work at night, but I was so very grateful that he fixed it. The price was standard and honest.  Thank you!

These reviews are paid off and a bunch of bs tbh…. This was my WORST experience with a mobile mechanic! He came out Friday evening, half way fixed my stuff but I paid upfront (dumbest thing I have done in a while smh lol), told me he will be back in 24 hours, never showed, Sunday morning, oh I’ll be there today, never came, Sunday night oh i promise I’ll be there at 1030am Monday morning, swore the only way he wouldn’t show is if he died or something. Monday came, he never showed, I called and text, no response. So I told him that if he didn’t come today, Tuesday, and finish, to send me back $100 of my $185, that was more than fair. He pulls up close to 7pm, didn’t call or text to say he was coming or to apologize or anything!. Finished the job. I go out and check, why this man filled my coolant tank with WATER! I guess to make sure it wasnt still leaking. And I mean I get you can use water BUT I had a big ol bottle of coolant right in the back seat. Now how am i suppose to empty that water out? Baby when I say never again……Fast forward to today, my car sounds WORST then it did before he even touched it and the leak still not fixed all the way. I mean if it was out of his scope I wish he wld have just said that and kept it moving. He is very unprofessional, untrustworthy and these reviews had to have come from family or close friends cause bruh ain’t no way smh…

Dexter came to my home and looked at my car. He told me the issue and found the replacement for cheaper than what was in local auto parts stores I told Dexter that my car had other issues. He quoted me reasonable price for a valve cover gasket replacement, spark plugs and coils, oil change and all filters in my vehicle. I let him know the day and time I was available. He came after 6pm and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I will be definitely call Dexter again.

This guy was awesome. Broke my bottom control arm on my 1999 Chevy express in a driveway to a parking lot and he came out there and spent hours working on it and charged me a good price and in his words “ I ain’t gone charge you way over your head” and he didn’t. Would recommend this guy he’s cool to talk to and smart guy.

Dexter was able to get my Truck running by replacing the Starter for my truck. He also made some recommendations based on the age of the vehicle so that it could last longer. Highly recommend his workmanship and the ability to provide a reasonable price without breaking the bank.

Didn't do his job. Took all the money without finishing his job. Promised to come next day but didn't even answer the phone after multiple calls. Def would not recommend and only leaving this because all the other reviews were glowing but I honestly think they were paid off. Please don't water your time and money on this.

I called Glens to see if they could repair the seal on my windshield, they gave me two possible quotes over the phone and were very kind and helpful. Got it repaired the same day & will be back for any other car issues they’re able to work on.

Had work done, had it redone less than 3 months later, now just over a year later when the warranty expired, of course, the whole job fell apart. AND THERE WAS ANOTHER TIME IN BETWEEN, he did come to my home and repair it that time. Originally, they replaced the power steering pulley but obviously they did it with mismatched bolts  and one bolt was missing, so I’ll just say it fell out because I refused to believe they didn’t put it there. All in all I’m spending another 1500$ to redo what they didn’t repair correctly  In response to the owners reply: I definitely could afford oil leak repairs (hilarious that he would say I couldn’t) but they didn’t find them so they pressure washed the engine and didn’t find it and I’m not even sure of what that has to do with random bolts they put in the power steering pulley that they replaced  and “repaired” that caused the belt to come off so many times. You can see how the bolts damaged the pulley in the pic. The head gasket and oil filter housing gaskets have been changed. I haven’t been driving the car much because I ACTUALLY AFFORDED TO BUY ANOTHER ONE IN NOVEMBER!

Glen is a one of a kind mechanic who doesn’t believe in ripping you off or charging crazy prices for doing something small. He’s reasonable, respectful, and definitely knows what he’s doing. My AC broke down and he fixed it right there on the spot. Definitely recommend!!

Worst service ever!  Gken towed me and charged me a $100 which was fine. I wrote on the paper car won’t start. Glen changes the starter for $436 which is fine, but car still won’t start. I wrote on the paper car won’t start before he even did any work. Glen then changes  the spark plugs and charges me $20 and car still won’t start. Glen then says it need a new motor!  The moral of the story is, don’t take anything you want done correctly to glens mobile auto repair. They are shade tree mechanics with fake reviews. And when you write on the paper car won’t start to fix the issue, that means fix the issue. And test drive the car to ensure the issues are resolved. When asked did you test drive it, they stutter and said no. When I called and asked for a tow because I.broke down again a block from his shop, he all of a sudden wasn’t there or wouldn’t answer the phone. Take you care at your own risk. If it’s a simple fix, I’m sure glen and handle that, but not anything that needs a real reliable mechanic to resolve. His trouble shoot skills are a joke and so are his employees who only want to argue until you call them out and tell them to take the damn bass out of their voice. They are the definitions of clowns. 🤡

OMG!  God has blessed me to find a mechanic who truly believes in building relationships with his customers. Mr. Glen is who I am referring to. Where do I begin?  From the time I brought my Cadillac Escalade into his shop, he made me feel like I was the number one customer in the world! I told Mr. Glen the problem I was experiencing with my SUV.  The next thing out of his mouth was “Let’s take it for a test drive.”  When is the last time a mechanic wanted to actually ride with you to help diagnose your problem? I was totally blown away at that point! The problem ended up being replacement of my rear shock absorbers.  The repair took less than a hour!  Say what?  Unbelievable!  This young man is very knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and is not going to propose repairs that you don’t need. He will point out to you what we needs to be replaced soon, if there is anything. As long as this young man is in business, I will not be using another dealership or complete auto care shop again!  This young man is very personable and truly cares about taking care of your vehicle.  Go see him at 5023 Addicks Satsuma!  You won’t regret it! Tell them Mr. Keys sent you!  Thank you God for letting their be a few mechanics left in the world that truly care about building relationships with their customers and not charging absurd prices for repairs. Go see Mr. Glen!
