The work was performed in an efficient and careful manner. He also identified an additional issue that he corrected at no extra charge. He was courteous, professional and honest. I was referred by a friend. Being mobile, I drove my car down with hers, and he worked on both our cars today. Allowed us to hang at her house and do our own thing while he did repairs. He assessed, estimated, and followed through with no surprises. I will always go to Henry first from now on for any car repairs. He was on time, very professional and honest, and very, VERY reasonable. He’s got a client long-term now😁 I grabbed a lot of his cards, cuz, when I find a good thing, I wanna share it with everyone.

He is very polite, on time and courteous. I had a issue with my car and he let me know what exactly was going on and explained what he had found before doing the work. He does a very good job and took care of my car like it was family. Very courteous and cares about your vehicle. My car is back on the road now thanks to him. I won’t go any where else

Henry came to do an oil change and rotate my tires. When he went to rotate my tires, he immediately notice there was a problem, showed me the slice in my tire and recommended that I not get them rotated by rather that I needed an alignment. He said that if he did the rotation, it would likely ruin another tire. He suggested a very reasonable shop for the alignment. He did the oil change quickly and efficiently. He offered to return after I received an alignment. Thankfully, his honest assessment of my tires and his not doing work that didn’t need done just to make a buck, helped me to stay safe. I did end up getting new tires as well, but will call Rescue Me in the spring for a rotation. Thank you Henry!  I would recommend Rescue Me to anyone. Henry is an honest, knowledgeable and thorough mechanic.

I wish I could give 10 stars! This company is amazing and so is Henry! Very quick, very responsive, and very compassionate about what he does. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. He never once tried to up sale his services and I was very surprised with the cost! Much cheaper than I ever expected! My car needed a new alternator so I purchased one and started looking for a mobile mechanic and FT Mobile Mechanic popped up with 4.7 ratings all positive so I called the number on Sunday and left a message. I immediately received a text and Matt could have replaced it for me on Sunday but my schedule conflicted. We settled on today Monday 11/4 he came out replaced the alternator and checked the rest of my car out and made sure it was working before he left. I will definitely be calling him for any other work I might need. Very professional and pleasant to work with and super fast! Call him!

I messaged them on the 13th. I was told they could come out on the 14th to check out my car. He confirmed that he would be there around noon. But I did not hear back from him again despite me trying to contact him multiple times.

Ronnie came and fixed my trucks starter within minutes for a very fair price. Made a really stressful day much better will be calling him from now on. Pretty sure it’s a one man operation so be patient it will be worth it.

I can not thank Ronnie enough. On my way to Nashville and my alternator went out. He went and bought me a new one and worked on it very late and had me back on the road at 1am. Pricing is crazy good and his work is top notch. Saved me big time tonight and now I’ll be able to get back to my family. We need more good people like this out there.

Warning!!! Scam!! This is not a real mechanic service they solely book people  and take no accountability for if you actually get your service. We paid the 25 dollar deposit fee and where told that a mechanic would be sent out to our location within 30 minutes to help change a tire. After being stuck on the highway for two hours waiting we had a follow up call where they basically told us where not responsible for that and you cannot get a refund. On top of this The person on the phone "yelled multiple times There is nothing we can do for buddy" and hung up. This was surprising because all I asked was what other options do we have then.

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for, but Ronnie was amazing!  My daughter was a college student in town, and had her rear brakes going bad, we fixed them 2 months ago when she was home and it was almost $400. When I went down to pick her up at graduation, she mentioned the front brakes were making a noise and I said we'd get it fixed at home. I went to get gas for her car before leaving, at 5:30 on a Friday night and she had metal on metal, no brake pad at all on one side and a small amount on her left. I had no idea how we'd get it fixed that late on a Friday night. Places closed at either 6 or 7pm. After calling and stopping by 4 different places in the area that were open til 7pm, I scrolled through the listings on my phone for "mechanic near me" and looked to see if anyone was open even later. About 20 spots down, I found the listing for "Indy's mobile mechanic". I called and Ronnie picked up right away. I told him what was wrong. He asked when I wanted it done and I sheepishly said "now?". He asked where I was and I told him and he said he was just a few minutes away. He said there was an Autozone nearby, so if I grabbed the pads, he could meet me in 10 minutes. I bought new pads for
