What a relief to find a mechanic you can trust!!  Very professional and very reasonable prices. Does not try to gouge you and is up front and honest with issue and pricing. Hard to find a competent and honest mechanic but I am so glad that we have.  Gary repaired our Hyundai Accent onsite and we had our Kia Sorrento towed to the shop for a more significant repair. Both done quickly and for a more than fair price. Appreciate his thoroughness with discussing the issues and options. Even offered to show me where one part was located in the engine if I wanted to repair myself. Will do all my repairs with GB from now on, and tell all my friends.

This was my first time going here and what an experience he did everything in is power to not only give me the best price available but also made sure that I had my truck for work on Monday. If I could give him a 10 I would. Will be coming back.

If I could give Chris 10 stars, I would!  My car was stuck in a Publix parking lot early in the morning. I called Chris around 6:30 AM, and he promptly got back to me and arrived quickly. He diagnosed an issue I had been dealing with for over a year and been to multiple shops with and identified that I simply needed a new battery. McDermott Motorsports is reliable, honest and does an outstanding job. I have referred him to family and friends. He replaced my rear struts and brakes. Excellent job and "no where" the price other places were charging. I needed my engine filter replaced (advised by dealership). I contacted him Friday and he took care of it Saturday morning. Car repair shops and mechanics can be hard to trust sometimes because they may offer services that aren’t needed on top of what you originally brought your vehicle in for and they charge an arm and a leg to get it done. Chris is a trustworthy mechanic that I’ll be calling from now on if I have anything I need fixed for my car. I had my breaks and rotors done last night and he got it done in a reasonable time. I was shopping at Auto parts store and trying to figure out what’s going on with my car . I was dealing with ignition and  stalling issues and I was in despair . Mr . Chris came to me and kindly offered help and service. He used different tools in order to diagnose the issues , he was very professional from the first moment .
