Please go somewhere else they don’t send a mechanic out and they try and overcharge you and respectfully they lie and say they never did business with you. If you can save your money please go somewhere else they don’t answer the phone and when they finally do they quote you over $400 without coming to look at the problem what a scam and the owner is a LIAR

Gio was helpful in explaining how he was troubleshooting. He came home to run diagnostics and fix the car since it wasn’t starting. Resolved everything in a timely fashion and the car runs smoothly now.

Every other mechanic was closed on Sunday, but they texted me within an hour after I called, picked up the part I needed, and brought it to my apartment. Gio fixed my issue and explained exactly what he was doing. It was extremely convenient, and I’d definitely call them again.

If I could leave HALF a star I would. Not even a star to be exact. He unplugged my wires in my car just to charge me more to fix something that was a simple fix. This is a scandalous man that has no idea what he’s doing. DO NOT BOOK THIS MAN. Wasted my time and tried to charge me $150 for one thing, and another $150 for something that wasn’t needed. Terrible.

On a Saturday night, on my way home my car was giving me scary dashboard warning lights: brakes, ABS, tire pressure, all together! Also 4 days later I was leaving for a short road trip and I needed my car in good shape... On Sunday morning, after reading some great reviews, I decided to call Giovanni and see if he could come and check my car right away. A little after he was giving my car a thorough inspection. Thanks to his portable high tech computer he was able to diagnose the problem (my battery was somewhat low and was triggering my car computer to give those warning lights). He ordered a new battery on the spot, replaced it and my car was back to normal! He also helped me with installing my wipers and reprogramming my car's power windows. The service was great and professional and the cost very honest compared to what other mechanics ask for. And he comes to you!! I will definitely call Giovanni again for my future car needs, and I highly recommend Westside Mobile Mechanics.
