Tevin & Boss did an excellent job removing my battery that was stuck due to frame damage ( BMW put the battery in the trunk) They came out & executed the task at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t have gotten it done without these guys.

I have utilized this service before and it was a quick seamless process. A few days ago I booked a service, paid a deposit and system error caused some issues that resulted in my appointment getting lost in the update. They reached out and explained the error and instantly resolved my concern. I am big on customer service and let me tell you although there was a delay in getting my vehicle fixed this time, I will continue to utilize this company. They took ownership and action and I know the work will be amazing as it has been in the past! I definitely recommend this company.

They saved me money and came short of notice I called Sunday and they was here Monday they did a diagnostics and the whole time it was my battery not my starter so they save me money !!!!!! cool folks anybody else would’ve just put the starter on then I would’ve still needed a battery ; honest and dependable people

Call them yesterday to get some work done. Didn't get his name but the gentleman i spoke to on the phone was very professional and helpful. Let know the cost and time frame for the mechanics to show up. Once they showed up they got work. Both guys very cool professional and informative as well. Let me know i had a squirrel problem and what to do to keep them away from car. Also let me know i had no oil in my engine based off the sound it made when i started it up. He checked not a drop off oil so i definitely appreciate him letting me know that. Even through i knew he explained why he was doing a hard reset and what happens after doing it. Overall they did a great job was informative and professional

I've waited a whole month to post this review JUST to make sure Mr J's work lasts- as promised it would- and IT DID indeed! So my luxury vehicle wouldn't start late one Friday evening and I looked on Google until I ran across Strait 2 U mobile mechanic..when I say Jay and his team were VERY prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable it's really an UNDERSTATEMENT. Being an owner of a business myself, I pay close attention to how educated about their field of work and how customer service oriented businesses are. This man did not disappoint. Came to my business,  diagnosed the problem ACCURATELY, got roadside to tow it home, & setup the next day to work on it at my home for 7hrs whilst I was working! Replacing the starter on my make and midel of car is a long tedious process that requires expertise...and for an extra small fee they brought it back to me. Service is well worth ANY price that Jay quotes you! Worth the money spent and 500+ dollars lower than the Lexus dealership in which I wouldve spent over 2k.  All these negative reviews that the cheap disgruntled people have posted here are complete BS, because you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, & this company is the REAL DEAL! They did great on time work to my Excursion when replacing the brakes and keeping me informed on other things they found. Definitely recommend them.

Mechanic tried to upsale and take advantage of  me and husband not being home. Already knew what was wrong but charged a 150.00 cancelation fee because they don't do water pumps. Called about serpentine belt! Never tried to replace. But sat on my porch smoking and asking to charge his phone

Our communication was excellent. When I called this mechanic, He was prompt and came immediately to check my car's brakes. He also explained to me how the brakes would last a bit longer.

This mobile mechanic took care of my car very well. He came for me for an auto diagnostic, and the tools he had were high-end. He did some thorough checks and let me know that we were good to go for a long ride. This guy is an expert mechanic.

I attempted to turn my car on in the morning, and suddenly it was not turning on. So when I called this mobile technician and came, he quickly found out that it was the battery needs replacement, so we bought a new one and replaced it immediately. Kudos to him.!

This mobile mechanic has made my day. I was driving going the office when suddenly my car shakes and like having low power. So I immediately stopped and called this mobile mechanic. When he came, He swiftly did checking and repaired it fast. It was such a relief for me.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Family member reached out to get their car fixed gave the mechanic money to get the part to fix their car. The mechanic has yet to either return the money or the part. He has given my family member the complete run around for a month now. Now he just does not respond to them.

Contacted Marco a couple of months ago for a diagnostic on my truck and he came right out and was very knowledgeable and honest with what needed to be done and also quoted me a good and fair price.  Most recently I contacted him again to repair some things on my truck and he came out the same day and they took care of business efficiently and didnt overcharge me. I’ve had a lot of problems with mobile mechanics not being reliable or unresponsive when I try to contact them and there were a couple of times when I tried to contact Marco and he didn’t answer or reply but I won’t remove a star for those times because I know they are busy so I just tried again another day. I’m sure he’s not the type of mechanic that will ignore you on purpose unless customers are rude or really doesn’t want to pay, but there are mechanics like that for some reason, forgetting that they represent their business and should want only positive things said about their business.  I recommend Maldonado mobile mechanics to anybody that needs work done to your vehicle!

Beware of this Mechanic! We reached out in desperate need of our oil sensor needing replacement. We were traveling to TN for a soccer tournament from AL when the light turned on the dashboard. Due to his negligence, he caused further damaged. He did not connect everything back properly. We called him and he came back only to tell us the sensor cap that he failed to tighten would not cause any issues which was a lie. We found additional sensors that were not tightened properly. Our car now turns off at low speeds. He fixed the oil sensor only to cause us a larger expense. He is ghosting us and will not answer our calls or take accountability.

Fantastic guys! Contacted them on Sunday afternoon about a quote on brakes. Responded immediately with a great price, asked when available and they were at my house when they said, and in an hour we were on our way! Highly recommended

I booked this company for tune up, and oil leak repair. After the services were complete I noticed that windshield wiper on the passenger side wasn’t working and kept getting stuck. This caused me to check under the hood of my car. I found that the engine cover was not placed back on, instead it was just sitting on crooked. Also the windshield seal/battery cover was not on properly and it caused my windshield wiper to consistently get stuck underneath. In order to take the battery cover off you have to unscrew the windshield wipers. I informed Marco that there were issues with my service. He said that he would come and fix them. This has kept being pushed back and he has now ghosted me. After several calls and text I had no choice but to leave a review so others don’t experience the same issue.I will insert the pictures that I sent off to him as well.  Update my car still has an oil leak. Paid $834 for nothing. Scam?
