Mike and His Assistant came out to home and fixed the timing and the Valve Gasket Cover on my Chevy Impala with no problem. He is willing to show you the process and steps that he takes to fix your car’s issue. He is also transparent on the cost of his labor and how much he pays for your parts. His prices are very reasonable, his work professional, and his customer service is excellent. He’s the mechanic anyone is looking for!

10/10 no actually 20/10 the mechanic came for a last second job and replaced my starter and got it done really fast! He also didn’t charge me as high as other mechanics! If you want an honest mechanic THAT WILL NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE CONTACT THEM ASAP!

Miguel is the epitome of professional!!! He picked me up and took me to my car 10-15 miles away!!!  He replaced my starter in my 03 Cadillac Deville!!!  Everyone I called said 3-4 hr job might be able to get around to it Monday this was a Thursday!!!  He knocked out the job I want to say in maybe 1 hour 15 minutes!!! I want to share the excellent experience i received from MOBILE MECHANIC MEMPHIS. A few days ago Mike and his assistant came out and did a great excellent job on repairing my car. His price for the service he provided was very reasonable. And i will definitely call Mike and his assistant again if other issues should arise and will recommend other people to Mike. Carlos met me in AutoZone parking lot in like 10 minutes and changed out my ignition coils and a bad spark plug.  He is very knowledgable about engines and vehicle repair.  I'm definitely saving his contact info for future troubleshooting and repairs.

Carlos is awesome! He was prompt in responding to my request and checked my battery before doing any work. Discovered that I didn’t need a repair, just a jump! He didn’t try to overcharge me or sell me a repair I didn’t need. An honest dude; I wish more mechanics were like him!

Carlos called me right back and came 40 minutes to meet me and help me with my truck. He could’ve easily gave up from the first times of jumper cables not working but with the effort he kept putting in, it ended up working because it could’ve been the starter but Carlos could see the problem was not as complex. Very happy he came and got my car running so I could get a new battery!!! Thanks again !

We were on our way from Atlanta to Dallas and had a car issue near Memphis. Carlos was very helpful. We had to call him pretty early in the morning. He came to our rescue and helped us with the issue. Would definitely recommend him if you need a good mechanic.

Tevin & Boss did an excellent job removing my battery that was stuck due to frame damage ( BMW put the battery in the trunk) They came out & executed the task at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t have gotten it done without these guys.

I have utilized this service before and it was a quick seamless process. A few days ago I booked a service, paid a deposit and system error caused some issues that resulted in my appointment getting lost in the update. They reached out and explained the error and instantly resolved my concern. I am big on customer service and let me tell you although there was a delay in getting my vehicle fixed this time, I will continue to utilize this company. They took ownership and action and I know the work will be amazing as it has been in the past! I definitely recommend this company.

They saved me money and came short of notice I called Sunday and they was here Monday they did a diagnostics and the whole time it was my battery not my starter so they save me money !!!!!! cool folks anybody else would’ve just put the starter on then I would’ve still needed a battery ; honest and dependable people

Call them yesterday to get some work done. Didn't get his name but the gentleman i spoke to on the phone was very professional and helpful. Let know the cost and time frame for the mechanics to show up. Once they showed up they got work. Both guys very cool professional and informative as well. Let me know i had a squirrel problem and what to do to keep them away from car. Also let me know i had no oil in my engine based off the sound it made when i started it up. He checked not a drop off oil so i definitely appreciate him letting me know that. Even through i knew he explained why he was doing a hard reset and what happens after doing it. Overall they did a great job was informative and professional

I've waited a whole month to post this review JUST to make sure Mr J's work lasts- as promised it would- and IT DID indeed! So my luxury vehicle wouldn't start late one Friday evening and I looked on Google until I ran across Strait 2 U mobile mechanic..when I say Jay and his team were VERY prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable it's really an UNDERSTATEMENT. Being an owner of a business myself, I pay close attention to how educated about their field of work and how customer service oriented businesses are. This man did not disappoint. Came to my business,  diagnosed the problem ACCURATELY, got roadside to tow it home, & setup the next day to work on it at my home for 7hrs whilst I was working! Replacing the starter on my make and midel of car is a long tedious process that requires expertise...and for an extra small fee they brought it back to me. Service is well worth ANY price that Jay quotes you! Worth the money spent and 500+ dollars lower than the Lexus dealership in which I wouldve spent over 2k.  All these negative reviews that the cheap disgruntled people have posted here are complete BS, because you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, & this company is the REAL DEAL! I have a 1932 Chrysler CI that needed help.  Robbie and his mechanics did a great job of fixing everything on my list of 12  items including rewinding the original starter motor.   This car has never run better in the 52 years I have owned it.  Classic antique cars don't scare these guys!  And a very fair price!   Great job!

Was visiting from out of town and the a/c went out on my truck with temps around 100 degrees outside. Originally took my truck to a national chain shop in town and they said they couldn't fix it because they couldn't get the parts. My next call was to Memphis Auto based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. Said he could have the parts the next morning and to have it there when they opened. He got my a/c fixed quickly and at a reasonable price for the amount of work involved. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Robby Irby at Memphis Auto Repair Service  is a highly talented mechanic .  He and his staff are expert in old and new automotive technology, and very affordable, reliable and trustworthy.  He has performed excellent work on my 1979 CJ-7 Jeep.  and I appreciate him and his fellow mechanics very much.  Take whatever vehicle you have to him, he will take good care of you.

Overall, Jimmy and his partner did a good job on replacing my starter on my 2013 Chevy Impala.  They diagnosed the problem and found my starter was the issue.  They charged $225 for the starter replacement which was very expensive compared to some quotes that I received after the job done.  I contacted Jimmy to have my alternator replaced on my 2015 Toyota Sequoia and the quote was $400 not including the part.  Overall, decent service but  expensive. I have found another mobile mechanic who is much cheaper with good service.

I called Mr. Jimmy on Monday  and he  came out the very  next  day  to work on my vehicle. He   was very friendly and understanding.   He is also very  reasonable.

Advanced mobile is definitely a good place to call if you have car trouble. They will pull right up on you (saving a tow fee) and diagnose and repair it right there while you wait. I'm very pleased with the service I got.

Don’t pay this guys $65 deposit you are throwing money away. Said he would arrive in 45 mins , but took 4 hours. Said he needed a tool he didn’t have on him came back 3 hours later just b4 dark trying to rush. Scratched my door paint with his jack didn’t care about my vehicle. When he couldn’t finish promised to return in morning . Never heard from him and didn’t answer calls or text . : Your response still refutes nothing I said. You were quick to respond to this review but honesty might have prevented it. Admitting you lied when you could’ve just been honest that you didn’t want to take the job. Poor communication and poor business etiquette skills. Just out for easy money if you have a complicated job this ain’t the guy for you.

He charged me a $65 diagnosis fee and gave me a bad diagnosis. He told me I needed a fuel pump which was $400 and we had to order one. I got it towed for a second opinion and it was just a bad fuse. He can’t do major work on cars. Just the simple stuff you probably can YouTube to do.

Found this service on Google and I am thoroughly pleased! Ace answered my call and got my info and was on site shortly afterwards. He installed a starter on my 2001 Cadillac and took about 1.5 hrs max! He communicated all through the process and made me feel at ease. The entire process was A+ including the price! He does excellent work in a timely manner. I had brakes done on front and rear and rotors replaced on front he did the job quickly and accurately. I asked him to replace my spark plugs which was not what I initially called for and he did it without hesitation even went and got the plugs for me and came right back and handled it. I will be continuing to use him for repairs and definitely would recommend.
