Great experience. Very quick and efficient, had great communication, and was willing to work with me when it came to scheduling. I’m usually pretty weary of mobile mechanics but would happily recommend him to anyone. Prices were also reasonable and affordable.

Bryan provided a very thorough pre purchase inspection at the dealer on a 2013 sienna. He was great and very knowledgeable! Identified all the potential fixes and problems that the car needed in the future.

Bryan was there the same day I called and was very thorough and pretty knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the problem and get her running in less than an hour. Prior to this I had 3 or 4 regular car savvy men take a look and ended up spending 200 dollars on a battery I didn’t even need. Bryan is very affordable too! 40 dollars for him to come check it out.

My 2012 Cruze/43,000 miles on it, showed an engine indicator light. Brought it in and John got on it, diagnostic was run, he ordered the parts I needed to fix the situation. All fixed up and back on the road in 2 1/2 days. He was kind and professional to tell me the other part wasn't needed, so didn't use it and saved me some $$. Whomever the mechanic was for this job, I appreciate it greatly.  John was very nice, Blamer's is close by to my apt. I'll definitely be going back to Blamer's for anything else that might be needed. John and his team took good care of us and our 2009 Corolla when a battery light came on unexpectedly. Communication throughout troubleshooting and repairs was prompt and courteous. Pricing was where we expected it to be. Very happy to have found a honest, reliable, independent shop.

John has always done a great job on my car. My 2006 Trailblazer had many problems thorough-out the years (mainly age and corrosion) but every repair that John did was timely and good quality. I also appreciate that when my car died on the highway I got it towed there and he looked at it first thing next morning to let me know what needed fixing. I don’t live close anymore and own a Honda now, I will seek John if I need help still.

I drive a 2013 chevy avalanche. I'm not a "car guy" and typically struggle to explain my issues to auto shops without leaving the conversation feeling like an idiot. That was not the case here.  My oil pressure gauge stopped working and I had a wheel bearing that needed replacement. I called in late January and was connected with Dick. He was very personable and made it easy to talk about the issues I was having with my truck. He was able to fix these issues in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, my oil pressure started acting up after I picked up my truck. I called Dick and without questioning it he immediately said he'd warranty the repair. It didn't even seem to stress him. He seemed happy to do it.  He was also extremely flexible with me throughout this process and took the time to provide answers to questions I had not regarding the specific repairs being completed.  This business is honest, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. I've lived in the Milwaukee area since 2015 and did not have a trusted mechanic until now. I won't be going anywhere else for future auto repairs.

I was getting ready to leave Wisconsin and head back to Missouri when I tried to start my truck.  Nothing, it wouldn't start.  So called to get it  towed. The only place I wanted to take it to was Voline. WHY? Because my mom Nancy Huggins took her car to them for many years. These guys are great. Honest very helpful and respectful.  They were so good to her that she gave her 1992 Honda Accord to them when she called it quits for driving.  My truck was looked at and the problem was aloose battery cable.  I was called about 15-20 minutes later and that's what I was told. I asked what do I owe. I was told nothing. I said are you sure I was told yes. Again I want to say thank you for all you did. You guys rock 💯‼️

I've been taking my car to Voline for close to 5 years now, and truthfully trust no one in MIlwaukee more than them for my auto repair.  They are always honest and fair with estimates and pricing.  Has been able to squeeze me in several times when I urgently needed service, like a new battery.  If you're looking for an honest mechanic, look no further.

Customer of over 10 years. I have been very pleased with all repairs and pricing. Dick is absolutely trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend him. We drive old cars, and Dick keeps them running safely and tells me what absolutely needs fixing and what I don't need to fix. Just called in to schedule an overdue brake job and noticed that I hadn't ever reviewed him on here. 5 stars for sure.

I’m sure they do fine work if you get the chance to work with them but I was totally ghosted when trying to sell my car. Wasted lots of time calling asking for an update when a simple no would suffice. Did not feel professional.

I had a really great experience with Family Mechanic. They were even nice enough to let me know they had inspection deals going on so I saved a bit of money. Overall, an oil change, rotation, and inspection was cheaper than the drive through places. Plus they were very accommodating helping me get my keys back after they closed. Will definitely recommend!

Incredibly helpful and kind. They just helped me with a lose battery connection in minutes flat for free! I waited a few minutes after it happened because I was literally so surprised by the speedy and friendly help they offered just to help me out. I will be coming back here with car issues in the future!

I have an old car that's in really good condition but most shops won't touch my 1992 car because they don't have the diagnostic tools. These guys listened to my car problem and told me they knew how to find the issue. They found the issue. They communicated the issue and cost to me. They gave me an estimate of the time it would take. Then they fixed an engine problem my Hales Corners Chevy dealership could not! It's not a luxury consierge service shop, they just do a dang good job! What more could you want?

I have a vehicle that over 20 years old now. I trust these folks to service it and give me a fair deal. They do me a favor by getting dependable work done fast. The fact it's right in the middle of the city works for me, it's right on the bus line.  People always ask where I go to get maintenance done on my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country and I say "Sanfelippo" every time.

Had a great experience with San Felipo auto. It is clean and I feel they are very fair and honest. I also love their online appointment app.  I will go back and I recommend going here.

the quality of work and customer service I was given was totally unexpected!! I’m always hesitant to trust automotive shops in the city (especially as a young woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars), but after going I could not recommend this place more. The guys were amazing and squeezed me in on extremely late notice, kept me updated with what all was happening and when my car would be finished, and quoted me for less than I would have expected!! I do not normally leave reviews but am frustrated. I brought my car in because it wouldn’t start.. they charged me $80 for diagnostics and told me it was my battery but it was not my battery it was my starter… Then  quoted me really high for a starter so I had to talk them down.. I had some issues going on with my suspension which they also quoted me on and told them to order parts for my arm control and haven’t heard back from them since. The worst part of all is when I left there was a horrible grinding sound that wasn’t there before. Sam the desk guy is super nice and great at customer service but I will not be returning.

One of the best experiences from a car mechanic.  Had a check engine light come on and Sanfelippo got us in quickly and was able to get everything diagnosed and fixed same day.  Communication was fantastic and really like how they have estimates and opportunity to pay both online.  Very reasonable pricing and top notch customer service.  Will definitely be returning for maintenance and future needs.

Bad service! I Came to get my alternator changed and left out with a battery light on. Hood will not stay closed and you can hear something shaking under the hood. The front frame was not tightened back down to the car. I’m considering suing the business in Milwaukee county court for incomplete work and on going service needed. I’m looking into seeing if the business has proper registration because according to my business system resources there’s no legal registration for this place. I run a Business Management Services Company and I searched for this business legal documents and I couldn’t find anything. So I don’t know if it’s properly registered unless it’s under another name. I will never be coming back to this place. I tried to get them to fix the issue because it happened in their care. They said nothing they can do. The hood was messed up when they got it and hung the phone up. When I pay attention to my car and don’t let no anyone touch it. My car doesn’t go anywhere besides the dealership. This was the first side shop I went to by referral and trying to save money on this situation that suddenly happened with the alternator. Their payment processing I don’t think could be trusted. He said $630 cash or $680 using a card. 3.5% of $630 is only $22.05 (card processing fees) which would come out to be $652.05 to pay card processing fees and make profit. Again I run a business and know how this goes. This is exactly why I only go to the dealership for things so that I won’t encounter nothing like this. The dealer would have repaired with their warranty you get leaving after previous repairs.  I had to go buy parts to fasten my front frame. They told me a day and it really took 3-5 days. They charged me full price even with all the other issues leaving there. I will be taking it to Toyota for a full inspection. Never again will I go to any side shops, especially this one! Just left a bad taste in my mouth for side shops. This place may need to be investigated.

Greg and the crew are always friendly and the pricing it's affordable. He cares that people can afford to repair their cars.  It's not the quickest service but it's the most reasonable.

My husband found this auto repair shop for my car. It needed a water pump and the timing chain had to be replaced along with it. I was glad I took it to them because they didn’t rush the job. Would like to suggest a better level of professionalism when speaking with potential customers. It's completely understandable if the service that's being requested is outside of the scope of the work that can be performed by an individual or company. Tone goes a long way, and I have to say in my very brief conversation how it was conducted didn't win me over for a return call in the future. It's the little things that count. It's one thing to express it, but it's concerning when you express it repeatedly in a hardened tone as if I was unable to comprehend that you, again, don't perform a particular service

Mike was GREAT! he was very patient and professional. He Gave me a few different options on how to solve the problem. If I’m ever in a situation where I need my Battery replaced, I won’t hesitate to call Mike.

Mike is an awesome mechanic! He was there when I needed him, I was very impressed with his mobile service and presentation. He stayed until the job was done no matter how long it took. I will be using his services from now on. It can be risky when looking for a mechanic but he is a class A Mechanic.

Mike replaced my fuel pump. Now fuel is leaking from my fuel tank. Would absolutely not recommend. Mike is literally a backyard mechanic. If you don't want to spend much and don't care about the overall quality of your car. Sure, call Mike.  Otherwise, go somewhere else.

Mike is an excellent, experienced mechanic. He diagnosed my problem quickly. and he showed a great deal of professionalism in the way he dealt with me. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. I recommend him without reservation and I will be using him again whenever I need a mechanic. UPDATE 4-21-2022. Mike has been doing much work for me since my first posting. I must emphasize that he is one of the best mechanics I have ever used. I have two old cars that he has been working on and one of them, an old Cadillac, has given several mechanics before Mike, unsurmountable challenges. Through shear tenacity and ability he has gotten it running again. I cannot say enough about Mike's mechanical knowledge and more importantly his attitude about seeing a difficult problem through until it is fixed.
