We were fortunate to find Walker Automotive mobile repair when our 2016 Jetta's check engine light came on around 8pm. We had a 6+ hr road trip planned the next morning (talk about panic). Jamal answered our call right away, was able to let us know what we needed to do, and within an hour he was out our house working on our car. He was done in less than an hour, replaced the engine ignition coils and the spark plugs. We test drove the car afterwards and it felt like new.  Jamal was extremely professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and most importantly, reliable. Thank you Jamal, not only for fixing our car at the last minute, but for saving our trip!

I called yesterday because my car wasn’t turning on and I got help with finding out that I needed a new Alternator. He came today and it took less than an hour and now my car is fixed! Excellent service and work, thank you!

I contacted Walter at 11pm on Wednesday requesting to schedule a tune-up. To my surprise Walker responded saying his availability was Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. I was expecting Friday afternoon or next week. My car was ready in 90 minutes! He does outstanding work and his communication is top tier. He told me what to purchase from AutoZone and charged me a very fair labor price. He definitely has a repeat customer. Small businesses are the way to go!

I hired Jamal Walker to come to my house and put new brake pads and new Spark Plugs on my 2006 Lexus LS430. Jamal purchased all the needed parts and completed the job promptly and meticulously. And he charged me less than all the estimates of all the regular shops that I called before I contacted him. After he finished, he even fixed my windshield wipers and checked my tires without any additional charges. Based on this experience I have concluded that Jamal, besides being a highly skilled mechanic, he is also an honest, caring and accommodating individual and I recommend him highly without any reservations.

My experience with daniel have been wonderful and professional , communication is 10/10 explains everything with detail and the price is unmatched , my car is like new again and I love it . Daniel actually cares about you and your car instead of just the money and he has gained a customer for life 20/10 would recommend, you will not regret it .

Daniel was super responsive and onsite within 20 mins of calling, diagnosised and fixed the initial issues and new ones discovered during the repair. He was incredibly knowledgeable with excellent communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for anything else that comes up!

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I Originally wanted to pay for a diagnostic… which they said was $70 and if they are doing the repairs, they would waive the diagnostic fee…. Long story short, they tried to charge me $350 to replace the starter sensor after “diagnosing” my car that was stuck on the side of the road…. $350 for a sensor that took the mechanic Miguel about 15 min to take out……. He also ripped out one of my fuses and tossed it on the windshield. Good thing I looked after he left. AND TO PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE……THE STARTER SENSOR WAS NOT THE REAL PROBLEM…..take your business to more trustworthy people. Not people like this that are so money hungry and greedy that they would rip you off when you’re already in a bad situation. I am a woman and I was stranded on the side of the road alone. If that doesn’t speak VOLUMES on the type of business they are running, I honestly don’t know what will. Stay safe.

He was not only professional but also personable as he spoke with me while resolving a problem I've been working on for over a week! This is probably my first time writing a review but here I am, you’ve been warned. I’d give no stars if I could.  DO NOT CALL OR PAY FOR THIS GUYS SERVICES, NO MATTER HOW BAD OF A SITUATION YOU’RE IN. Car was having some coolant leak issues (2015 Volvo S60 T5) and was overheating to the point where driving it any further would risk the engine. So I called this guy. He came by and said he could fix it by getting the head gasket part and and changing the coolant housing. He said it would cost $700. I said ok. He went to Autozone to get the part. Part costs $127.99 at Autozone. He came back and didn’t even tell me when he arrived , you’d think most mechanics would let you know when they arrive so you can see what they’re doing but nope, decided to come downstairs after not getting a reply to a text telling him to let me know when he gets back. He said it costs $200 to my face like the internet doesn’t exist. He couldn’t have been there more than 20 minute so for a part that cost $128, he said it costed $200 and wanted $200 for labor ? Ok, But then I see him pouring in head gasket sealants into the coolant reservoir instead of actually taking apart the engine and putting in the head gasket part like he said he would. A “part” is a physical part , not some liquid sealant. Those things costs $30 or so, Blue Devil, K seal etc. Apparently he mixed a few of them and said it always works ? I’m not a mechanic but from all the videos I’ve seen on YouTube with professional mechanics with hundred of thousands to millions of views , I’ve never seen any of them mention mixing them. Not only that, he tried to charge me $400 for head gasket sealants he said he bought for $90? I was doing research and was considering buying one of them myself for $30 , why would I pay $400 for him to pour some stuff in the coolant reservoir? He really tried me so I brought the price down. But guess what, it gets worse! I figured , you know what, I appreciate the guy for coming to fix the car plus he has good reviews and if he has experience with similar issues like he says and this fixes the issues (engine overheating from coolant leaks, steaming from the hood, shakiness while driving and smoking from the exhaust), fine, whatever but I made sure to agree that if something goes wrong, he’ll check it out immediately. He said of course. Next day, I go to get an oil change like he said cause the oil in the engine is defiantly bad. The car was still over heating during the drive and I told him. Car shuts off while I’m in line at the oil spot. I ask him to check it out but he says it’s Sunday , family dinner … ok fine. Some guys at the oil change spot try to help, even bought another battery but that didn’t fix the issue, engine just won’t turn on. I told them that a mechanic worked on it the previous day and pointed to the area where he changed the coolant housing and they said that’s right next to the starter and it can’t be a coincidence this happened the next day after he worked on it and regardless , as a mechanic he should look at it since the car is not operational right after he worked on what should solve the problem. Call the guy, doesn’t pick up. Ask him what his availability is the next day (today). He says he’s booked. So you overcharge for work that should cost closer to $500 (if that) for bad quality work and don’t even follow up with your customer to resolve the issue? Man is dodging my calls like Neo in the Matrix and now my car can’t even move and he won’t even take some time to answer a call and meet up to address the issue ? Again, yal have been warned, find a way to get to a mechanic shop or go to a mobile mechanic that operates with dispatchers and multiple mechanics for jobs, they probably run more like a legit business.

This man, does everything!!!! And he’s legit with his work. BMWs and all cars. He replaced my alternator, Valves cover, pulley, tensioner, belt, cam sensor, and crank seal. And his prices ARE REASONABLE. Not like these other shops that wants to fix other problems, and then later addressing the actual important problem. Call this guy, and tip him. He loves what he does. Made an appointment a week before to get my car fixed. I was told I had to bring the car to the shop due to the issue. Upon arriving at the shop I even got there early no one was there. I call to see and let him know I was there no response. I saw someone else in the shop and he even called and no answer. I waited almost an hour to see if someone would call me back never did. I also went next door to the auto body shop and the guy  working there said he was a friend and that he call him as well. He didn't answer and said that he probably still sleeping and he forgot about me. A few hours later I finally got a text message that he had an emergency and that I should of dropped off the car leave the keys in it and he would fix it. That was the craziest thing I ever heard. I never used this person before and I'm supposed to just leave my car there and hope he would show up? Overall just a very poor experience and would not recommend to anyone due to the lack of communication and for this poor experience.

Second time going to this mechanic and I never leave feeling unhappy! :) This guy fixed my car’s worn out breaks in just one hour, and even went the extra mile to ensure other parts of my car were in order (e.g. tightened the loose bolts on my trunk, refilled empty fluids, etc.). Quick, affordable, and super friendly service! You definitely can’t go wrong with this mechanic!

My good friend recommended this place and I’m DEFINITELY going to be coming back! Nino is not only quick at getting the job done, but he’ll also go the extra mile to ensure your car leaves in much better shape than when it came in…And at MUCH more affordable costs than other competing mechanics in the Orlando area!
