My husband and I got stranded on New Year’s Eve over 600 miles from our home while on vacation, Rick came to our rescue! Our car was repaired that day skillfully and professionally.  Less than an hour later another issue arose and Rick drove out to inspect, the next morning repaired! Thank you so much Rick! No more road trips any time soon :)

Rick was the only mobile repair guy that would even entertain the idea of coming to save us while broke down on I95 southbound in the freezing rain earlier today and he was more than happy to help! Ended up that a hose blew off of a fitting and dumped all of the antifreeze. Rick drove 10 miles to save us then went out of his way to get us setup with extra parts in case something happened again on our way back to Florida. He was more than fair with pricing and had knowledge to diagnose exactly what the problem was. Thanks a ton!

I don’t usually leave reviews. But, here we are. So I was in a jam, my wheel was screeching, and my brake pressure was gone on the highways. It was a nightmare. And I called this gentleman to have him work on my car. When I say it was easy and a pleasure, I mean it. He was prompt, explained the work, didn’t try to upsell me on ANYTHING, in fact, did the opposite. He could have made more money, but instead decided to be honest and make a customer come back. And that I will. I highly recommend using his services when need be. These dealerships and mechanics will charge you an arm and leg, upsell you on things you simply don’t need. None of that happened. I will continue coming back. When he was done he explained everything, took the car for a ride to make sure it was safe. He’s a professional and a hell of a mechanic in my opinion. Give him a shout and he’ll take care of you. Shawn is a good human. And does good work.

Im very satisfied with this company, I dropped my car off to this guy , with a major cool leak the dealership couldn’t find, I had just brought off Facebook before it broke down unexpectedly in the Richmond area and this guy had me up and running. And provided a nice car wash after hes services on the house!!!!

Shawn has been my go-to mechanic for years. He always shows up with a great attitude and is ready to get the job done. One time, he even fixed my car on the side of the highway, making sure I could get home safely. Shawn is not only a great guy but also extremely knowledgeable about cars. Whether it’s suspension, diagnostics, or anything under the hood, he can handle it. I highly recommend him for any mechanic work in Richmond, VA, and the surrounding areas.

I had a great experience with this mechanic. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my car and even tested it several times to ensure the diagnosis was correct. I really appreciated his thoroughness and dedication. On top of that, the pricing was very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this mechanic for anyone looking for reliable and professional service!

I do not recommend going to him to fix anything on your vehicle. also if you prefer not to have anything have way done go to someone else…  also he tried to charge me a $40 diagnostic fee for telling me about a different issue ( that I didn’t ask him to do ) when I specifically called him for a battery change. I spoke up for myself immediately & he proceeded to do what I called him for. Definitely recommend going elsewhere if you want 100% quality & don’t want anything halfway done. I also had to request a refund because he broke my battery terminal, left the debris on the battery & did t say anything about it until I called him. I requested half back which was $25 out of what I paid him which was $50. I requested half back because, not only was it done & he didn’t say anything about it but, it’s an inconvenience on my behalf. he didn’t send me anything but $10 back. I do not recommend going to Shawn.  it don’t matter I never asked you to diagnose anything that’s the point that you’re missing. if I called you SPECIFICALLY for a battery replacement & not for my belts my belts shouldn’t have been brought up. Obviously I knew about my belts before I called you for my battery & again if I didn’t it still didn’t give you the right to feel like you should insert yourself & then try to charge me for you telling me about when I never asked? I said what I said at the end of the day. Instead of telling me what you did to my battery post you left the debris on there & went about your day I had to CALL you for you to acknowledge that and you don’t see anything wrong with that? but again, I said what I said you sent me the rest of my money which is all I care about as of now🤏🏽. I don’t recommend anyone go to you unless they want their things halfway done. Take the criticism & choose to grow from it or continue to run from it either way it’s not hurting me.
