I called, was provided a quote and they were able to schedule me in within the week to get my front brake pads and rotors replaced. Very reasonably priced considering parts & warranty are included and they come to you. Definitely prefer using their service over  having to drop my car off at a shop.

Joey is amazing to work with! I happened to come across his business when I was looking for a good reputable mechanic after having issues after another service elsewhere. I sent a message on Saturday and by Monday I was receiving a call from him. His prices are fair and his service is amazing. I had Gus come out to install a tailgate cover on my truck. He was able to come out quickly and was also very affordable. Gus is awesome! I was changing my own brakes and out of the 30 or so brake jobs I have done, this one job was the hardest. I couldn’t get the calipers off because the car was older and bolts were stripped and rusted. I reached out to Gus and he came over and was SUPER HELPFUL and PROFESSIONAL. He agreed that this was a tough job BUT HE DID IT and was amazingly successful!!! I was impressed! He also helped service our car’s power steering and gave an honest assessment of our car and what he could do to help it pass inspection! He rocks!!! Thanks Gus for the great work!

Great people and services. I found Richmond Auto Clinic (accidentally) and am pleased with the work and customer service. I had my BMW serviced and brakes/rotors replaced. Sunny (owner) and his team scheduled me quicker than the dealer, and charged me fair prices for the work done (fraction of what the dealer charges). I would recommend Sunny and the Auto Clinic to anyone needing mechanical auto work, no matter make/model.

I don’t usually leave reviews. But, here we are. So I was in a jam, my wheel was screeching, and my brake pressure was gone on the highways. It was a nightmare. And I called this gentleman to have him work on my car. When I say it was easy and a pleasure, I mean it. He was prompt, explained the work, didn’t try to upsell me on ANYTHING, in fact, did the opposite. He could have made more money, but instead decided to be honest and make a customer come back. And that I will. I highly recommend using his services when need be. These dealerships and mechanics will charge you an arm and leg, upsell you on things you simply don’t need. None of that happened. I will continue coming back. When he was done he explained everything, took the car for a ride to make sure it was safe. He’s a professional and a hell of a mechanic in my opinion. Give him a shout and he’ll take care of you. Shawn is a good human. And does good work.

Im very satisfied with this company, I dropped my car off to this guy , with a major cool leak the dealership couldn’t find, I had just brought off Facebook before it broke down unexpectedly in the Richmond area and this guy had me up and running. And provided a nice car wash after hes services on the house!!!!

Shawn has been my go-to mechanic for years. He always shows up with a great attitude and is ready to get the job done. One time, he even fixed my car on the side of the highway, making sure I could get home safely. Shawn is not only a great guy but also extremely knowledgeable about cars. Whether it’s suspension, diagnostics, or anything under the hood, he can handle it. I highly recommend him for any mechanic work in Richmond, VA, and the surrounding areas.

I do not recommend going to him to fix anything on your vehicle. also if you prefer not to have anything have way done go to someone else…  also he tried to charge me a $40 diagnostic fee for telling me about a different issue ( that I didn’t ask him to do ) when I specifically called him for a battery change. I spoke up for myself immediately & he proceeded to do what I called him for. Definitely recommend going elsewhere if you want 100% quality & don’t want anything halfway done. I also had to request a refund because he broke my battery terminal, left the debris on the battery & did t say anything about it until I called him. I requested half back which was $25 out of what I paid him which was $50. I requested half back because, not only was it done & he didn’t say anything about it but, it’s an inconvenience on my behalf. he didn’t send me anything but $10 back. I do not recommend going to Shawn.  it don’t matter I never asked you to diagnose anything that’s the point that you’re missing. if I called you SPECIFICALLY for a battery replacement & not for my belts my belts shouldn’t have been brought up. Obviously I knew about my belts before I called you for my battery & again if I didn’t it still didn’t give you the right to feel like you should insert yourself & then try to charge me for you telling me about when I never asked? I said what I said at the end of the day. Instead of telling me what you did to my battery post you left the debris on there & went about your day I had to CALL you for you to acknowledge that and you don’t see anything wrong with that? but again, I said what I said you sent me the rest of my money which is all I care about as of now🤏🏽. I don’t recommend anyone go to you unless they want their things halfway done. Take the criticism & choose to grow from it or continue to run from it either way it’s not hurting me.
