The team at Richmond Auto Repair & Towing were professional and extremely helpful. We took them two cars for a pre-owned car inspection. We had scheduled a time to be there. When we arrived, they were ready for us. They saved us from buying a car that had many issues with it. They pointed out two  things in the second car that we can easily manage.  They did a great job of educating us about the two things they found. They were kind, friendly, and professional! I would highly recommend this team!

Extraordinary! called them and Bryant told  me to bring my vehicle. Arthur quickly gathered my info. Within minutes Nurdish put my car in lifts, assessed the problem and fixed it. Because of their quick and courteous service, on a Saturday, I will return. They’re close to me, nice and kind. Nurdish who service my vehicle was just wonderful. I really appreciate the efficiency and kind service this place has! They explained everything they were noting needed to be serviced and even showed my mom and I on the car what the issues looked like. Even though I was clearly not super versed in mechanics/cars, they took time to explain things so I could learn and I did not feel like I was being upsold, talked down to, or being taken advantage of throughout the whole process, like I know many women like myself have experienced before while finding car care. They’re nice to chat to and even cleaned my windows after they completed the service! I will be back here for the other work I still need done.

Great experience at this machine shop! The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and has thoughtful touches like coffee, cold drinks, and a relaxed vibe. The staff is professional and efficient—they got my vehicle in and out quickly. Definitely a shop that takes pride in both their work and how they treat customers. SCAMMERS! They have sister company in Petersburg, VA called 24hr Amigos Commercial Truck & Tire Repair. They are scammers, they were doing things on their own without telling us what they are doing even if we requested for estimate more than 5 times. Avoid this shop!

Shoutout for these guys. I called Saturday with a RV problem, engine threw code water in fuel separator and air in fuel line. The guy who answered said they were backed up so he told me what to do to resolve it. If I couldn’t they would respond but it would be later. Pretty awesome to help me out for free.

I had an excellent experience at this truck workshop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. My truck was repaired quickly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I appreciate their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. I have four main complaints about this road service and towing company: 1.    Unreliable Arrival Times: They initially promised to pick up my truck in 1.5 hours but showed up after 4 hours instead. 2.    Delayed Repairs: They assured me the repair would take just a few hours, but it actually took a full 24 hours to complete. 3.    Missed Appointments: They scheduled the repair for 8 AM but didn’t show up until 11 AM. 4.    Overpriced Service: After everything, I ended up paying $2,000 more than I did for the same service in Illinois.  To make matters worse, I feel completely ripped off after the work was done. Their lack of professionalism, broken promises, and high costs make it clear that I will never use their service again; never should you.
