My wife was on a weekend getaway with our daughter in San Antonio. While there the alternator went out on our Nissan Armada in the hotel parking lot. Being from out of town we didn't know anyone . I called McDougall's in the late afternoon. he was at  the Hotel the next morning and had her back on the road in 2 hours.  Great work, very professional, fair price, and he didnt creep my wife out.  I wish he worked in Houston. Thank you.

Incomparable service. Came out and addressed everything I needed. Had an oil leak and Gary was able to fix it no problems in the hotel parking lot. Gary stayed a couple extra hours for just 35$ in order to make sure everything was fully addressed instead of taking off for bigger and better things at that point. Would have been a nightmare without this service as I had a trailer hooked up to my vehicle. 10 stars.

Gary is freaking amazing got me back on the road. Did a great job throwing in a new fuel pump in my 88 corvette. Not alot of guys will tackle what he will. Now I get to enjoy my car for the summer time.

I don’t write very many reviews, but I definitely want to share how happy we are with Gerardo and Mobile Master Mechanic. Gerardo was very responsive and answered our calls and responded to our texts. He showed up at our house right at the scheduled time and did the work (replaced alternator) quickly. When he finished the work he even had us take the car for a quick test drive to make sure everything was working correctly. The charge for the parts and service was very reasonable as well. Gerardo is competent, professional, and friendly. My wife and I are so relieved to be able to say we’ve now got “our guy” for all of our car repair needs. Thanks Gerardo!

One of the greatest experiences in working with a mobile mechanic. Communication when buying the part and about arriving in a timely manner to complete vehicle repair. Thoroughly explained the needs of my vehicle and most importantly the price was amazing. I will refer this company to anyone who ever asks for a recommendation on a mobile mechanic. Mr. Gerardo came and helped me out when my car failed to start. He was very knowledgeable and informative of what he was doing. After diagnosing the issue, he let me know what my options were. There was some optional work to be done in conjunction with the work to be done, which was not forced at all. Gerardo maintained the utmost professionalism while working on my vehicle. Honest mechanic with competitive pricing that is hard to beat. Definitely will be using services again!

Just met Aaron this evening.  Battery died I replaced it and it died on me within 3 days. Long story short I took the battery back. They gave me a new one put it in the car. It started right up. I didn’t have any more problems, but by the time Aaron got there, he checked the alternator, checked the starter. He checked everything and could not find anything Wrong with the car. Check my brakes as well. I just wanna say I’m grateful and thankful for Aaron. I called him had a conversation he gave me a date and time and he was at my place so that’s good. Mobile service so he will be my mechanic needless to say

Great guy. Came and helped me replace my hood latch on my car. I tried other mechanics and they wouldn’t replace it. I saw his business on google and saw all the 5-star reviews. I can honestly see why he has such great reviews. Cool and honest guy who will try everything to get your car fixed. If he can’t find an answer he will leave you with information on where to go or what to do next. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My truck would not start after spending 392$ on new battery and installation at polo 5 point automotive. I spoke with Aaron and he scheduled a time to come over when I wasn't even home. He bought and replaced the starter and did an excellent job. He called me after he completed the job and confirmed the truck was working now. He didn't charge as much as the automotive shop would have. Definitely calling him next time I need work on my vehicles.

Aaron is so communicative and knowledgeable! He replaced my ignition coils and spark plus with no issue! It is so convenient that he comes to you and significantly cuts down the waiting time as opposed to taking it to a shop. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and was so friendly and willing to explain until I understood the process. His prices are also very reasonable and affordable. Highly recommend and will be my go-to mechanic for all my future needs!

Always fixed issues with any vehicle I had, he either came to my house to work on them or he towed it to his place to diagnose and fix. Professional and courteous. Came and helped me before when stranded after we thought we eliminated the issue with the vehicle.

Frank came and looked at my vehicle and initial diagnosis was the hub assembly and bearing Which he would have been $300 ($100 less than prices on Google ) plus the parts which came out around 200. After taking it all apart the called me and it ended up being a loose engine mount and a loose axle nut. Frank didn't charge me a single penny to fix this when he could have easily charged me the full price.

Fake business and a thief. All the good reviews you see on here are from his family or relatives. I don't want someone getting ripped off like me, please don't use him

Called frank at probobly 9pm and it was raining out. Fixed my car. (Brake light switch) didnt accept card was able to pay through cash app. And was hella polite and professional 10/10 would recommend.

This guy is AWESOME!! Came out in the cold rain and replaced alternator quickly. Also fixed a short between starter and alternator. Very well priced and very polite and helpful.
