I needed a drive cycle performed since I had to replace my car’s battery a couple years ago and it failed the smog test this year. They did it successfully under an hour, including getting the smog cert. Way more efficient and worth the money than me driving 400 miles trying to get the cat monitor to complete its test. They also provided tips to keep my battery charged since I don’t drive much.  If I get a weird problem with my car, I would take it here — they know their stuff. Heck, I might just start using them for my routine car maintenance instead of going to the dealership.

Rare, exceptional experience here. Brought in my car for diag and repair after failing smog. Agreed to $250 diag, during which they found that emissions were in normal range. Didn't when charge me for the diagnosis, just for a new smog cert. Also, they do this work on pre-2000 vehicles, unlike this, several other shops I called before finding these guys. Very pleased.

I came here for the smog check and this place is great! The people working here are super friendly and they are super fast with their service. Usually when I take my car in for service, it tends to take longer than advertised. But when they give a time frame, it is actually done within the time frame! I will definitely be back for any service needs.

I got my smog testing done here and the customer service was great. I choose this location because they have a very cozy waiting room with a big couch and tv. They offer snacks and drinks while you wait. They were very kind and took great care of my car.

Highly recommend for pre purchase inspections. Dont buy a car without Charles! I do all my work on my classic cars and consider myself pretty knowledgeable for a DIYer, but I completely missed the issues Charles found with the car i was considering. He saved me from buying a shiny, freshly painted car that was hiding some pricey suspension issues.  SUPER easy to schedule on his website. Shows up on time and did the inspections with the buyer even when i was not able to be there at the same time. Great communication. Super thorough reports and also made a point of calling me after each car inspection to talk it through and answer any questions. Customer service like this doesn't exist anymore. Definitely work with this guy.  I'm so happy with the car I ended up buying and happy I didn't get any of those shiny lemons!

Very reliable, he came at a respectable time. During his inspection he wasted no time with letting me know the main issues including the cause and effect. He took as much as 20 minutes to resolve my issue and even after, he offered another respectable time he could come if to ever happen again. Would definitely recommend to the next.

Charles is an excellent mechanic, and cool person as well! I really dislike dealing with all things car related and Charles made the experience easy, comfortable, and even fun! Charles was reliable, professional and did a great job on my Volvo battery replacement! It wasn't the right battery at first but he quickly figured it out and fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service.  I would highly recommend Charles and his shop!

I used Charles to replace a dead battery on a weekend. The service was convenient but expensive.  Fast forward 3 months, the car won’t start and the battery is the culprit. My regular mechanic tested the battery and determined it has a bad cell.  Taking advantage of the battery’s warranty through Charles was going to be extremely inconvenient and expensive. I’d have to take out the battery, drive it to Charles and then pay for him to drive back out to replace it. I understand his time is money, but not a great customer experience when I already overpaid for the initial service.  Just something to consider when you’re looking for a longer term relationship with a mechanic.

I was very pleased with how fast and efficient Clay the technician. This was my first time using this service. I had canceled my appointment at the dealership thinking I wanted to try a more objective service. I am pleased I did and will use it again.

Called to replace battery in a very common car.  First appointment the technician did not show up with no contact from Autonation Mobile.   Burned a day sitting around waiting.   Blamed on disconnect between website and technician team.  Second attempt worked well.   The technician called several times to let me know where he was.  The price was a little high.  $416 to replace a car battery seems high.  But it was convenient.

It was an aux battery replacement, but I wasn't sure if any other issues. I spoke to a rep in detail, and he made sure that I'd get a right part with an experienced technician who knew about my car make/model.  The technician didn't come within an apt. time range, so I texted him for an update with his arrival time. He responded it quick and showed up fine. The new battery had the label of the car make, repair was pretty quick, and my car was woken up fine. Thank you-

Make sure you run your own tests before contacting these guys. My mechanic was Pardeep and he concluded my “no crank, no start” issue was due to faulty wiring from battery to dashboard. Problem was beyond the scope of their business but he’d be able to do it for $400 through his own services. It’s an older car with higher mileage so I’m thinking of just dismantling it at that point. I double check ignition system before I do and find a burnt out ignition fuse. $5 dollar replacement and I’m on the road again. I paid $150 for a false diagnostic that was intended to rip me off of $400. Do your own research, run you own tests, or hire another mechanic.
