I’ve found my new mechanic! David is truly fantastic, and I could not recommend him more highly. My fellow women know that it is all too common to be taken advantage of in the auto world. I recently took my car to another mechanic for regular service and diagnostics and was presented with outrageous and overly priced suggested repairs. Not too long after, my low beam light went out and needed to be replaced. I wouldn’t go back there and was determined to replace it myself, but that didn’t work out either. That’s when I found David. He is fantastic, warm, kind, funny, and very personable. He offered me phenomenal and fair service, without an appointment, replacing my light, even telling me what he was doing each next step. He didn’t charge me for the labor, especially when it would have been totally fair to. He even refilled my window washer fluid and checked my oil without me even asking or expecting that of him. And when I told him I needed new tires, he took the time to talk me through what I would need, and why, and I so appreciated that. I will 100% be going back to David if it means continuing to get incomparable service from someone with so much integrity who will treat me as a human, and not as a woman who could be taken advantage of financially. Great service, great people, very reasonably priced. I had an oil change on my Volkswagen by My Mechanic about six weeks ago. This morning my light came on saying to add oil. I gave My Mechanic a call, they told me to come in same day, spent close to two hours figuring out what the issue was, resolved it, and didn’t charge me a penny.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. So lucky to find an affordable and professional mechanic auto repair in Seattle. David and his team is AMAZING - Comprehensive diagnosis, great communication, multiple solution options based on your needs. Solved several issues of our car in one day and no overcharging at all. Fantastic customer service. They deserved more recognition!

Dave is a MECHANICAL GENIUS!! This is what he does and thank our lucky stars he is bringing it to the people. Absolutely trust him to look after my child! LOVE HIM. NO QUESTION. We have been using him for seriously, 17+ years. He services all our cars and there is no question I have that he can not answer. He's a straight no chaser. We have had him look after our 1997 Ford F250, ancient VW Jetta, 2004 Volvo XC90 etc. He knows when to call it quits and when to keep on fixing. A WEALTH of information is in his head regarding all makes and models when we are buying a new to us, used car. This guys is top notch. I got him off the Click and Clack web page of NPR a zillion years ago and have not looked back.....Seattle is a better place to live because we love and trust him so much. The entire community is oh so lucky to have him. PERIOD. Feel really lucky to have found someone this perfectly suited to his craft.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending Repair Revolution. They inspected my car, gave me the opportunity to review their findings and recommendations. There was no pressure to get things done. I chose what fit for me in my circumstances and they took care of the rest. My car was ready fast, and the job was very well done. They really care about your car and treating you right. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Best repair shop! I went in for an oil change and they took care to inform me about my car in ways the dealership would never. And afterwards they were willing to help me when I had questions after trying to fix some lights on my own. They helped me feel like I have support when fixing minor things on my own.

if i could give 10 stars i would, acton is an amazing person. i am taking my new car here for an inspection, i felt heard and listened to and ive never had that happen at a mechanic shop. great people and amazing staff, even on the phone i talked to 2 different people and they were amazing. will be my new mechanic shop from now on.  updated review : after my service it was amazing. they found a big issue that i had no knowledge of and luckily they caught it in time before it got worse, great people. don’t go to the other shops, put your time and money into these people who actually care about you and your vehicle.

In all my years entrusting vehicles to repair shops, never have I encountered a standard of service and professionalism equal to that of Repair Revolution. I’ve been a customer of Repair Revolution for almost ten years and I have nothing but positive experiences. I’m not car-savvy and I have always had excellent service, received clearly explained recommendations, and had very high quality work done on my cars over the years. I never ever feel pressured to complete a service or like I’m being taking advantage of (which is unfortunately the reality at some mechanics). The prices are reasonable and transparent and the guarantees behind the work means I know I’m only paying for a service once. If you’re looking for the cheapest oil change in the city go elsewhere. If you want your car treated with the highest care, looked at for any potential issues to stay ahead of costly maintenance, and work with the kindest people around you should go with Repair Revolution.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. I was stuck in seattle at 12 am because of a flat tire and he told me i have to pay him 66 dollars before he came. And obviously i said no because why would any one do that ? so then he says “pay half so i can make sure you don’t leave”. At that time there was no other tire roadside mechanic available and i was skeptical from the start but still needed to get home. I pay him 30 bucks. He told me 15 minutes and never showed up. And i never got my refund. If i could do 0 stars i would.

I had an awful experience with this scammer mobile mechanic. He showed up hours late, had no idea what he was doing, and kept leaving to get tools, wasting my time. The work was terrible and my car is now worse off. He was also incredibly rude and even tried to charge me more halfway through. Avoid this fraud at all costs and go to a reputable shop instead.

Jermaine came over and helped me out on a Sunday and he was awesome.  Took off my old alternator and put the new one in, in less than 15mins.  Definitely calling again if another problem arises over in Seattle or around it.

Called this number and was directed to some fool name GREGORY REETS from M&K Diesel and gas Performance. Came out and originally gave me a quote of $700 for parts and initial review of car. Came back 2 days later claiming he needed more for parts $420 to be exact. We’re now at a total of $1100 and still no work or parts. Nearly a week went by, cars still sitting in paying 100 bucks a day to get back and forth to work and still…nothing. Finally got someone else to fix my car and asked him to bring back my money days prior to this. He flat out told me I was annoying and he’s in no rush to give me my money back. He claims to have ties with the police department and thinks that will spare him from a lock up. He continues to text and argue making jabs about my sexual orientation and claiming I can’t get my money back because his son was shot in the head. As if that has any relation to me or my $1100. Another scam page has 3 reviews of him stealing 4000 plus from them and have heard nothing from him. He’s a low life and I’m not going to stop until this company is ended!

Beware! The first time I called this number everything worked out fine — we popped tire when we had a newborn, and someone came to us and replaced the tire in 45-60 minutes for a reasonable price ($200). The second time I called, when my car wouldn't start during a stressful time, two scammers (M &K Diesel and Gas Mobile Truck & Marine Mechanic) came and tried to convince me that my car needed $4,000 of repairs because of a bad oil change and a burned-out front, and that they would need to tow the car to make the repairs. No — the car's oil was fine and the problem was that the battery needed to be replaced. Once it had a new battery, the car worked fine. This number probably connects to different contractors, but at least some of them are definitely scammers. Be careful — calling this number may not be worth the risk.
